This device heats quickly and does a great job on our bare floors.

Its been 21 days since our purchase. Its been 20 days since we first used it. Its been 19 days of happy wife. Its been the first day of a horrible life. The seal (I assume), from the area where the steam comes out, broke or cracked. It leaks water non-stop. We were amazed at first, my inner husband ego glew brighter than an ark flash. Imagine not even three weeks later, that Bald Eagle ego turned into a chicken wing down at the sports bar. I'm going to get more familiar with the cook and barista since my wife isnt so pleased with my purchase.

average life 1.5 years and they stop steaming. Even used distilled water. No good after 18 months. On my 3rd one

I expected a little more steam and heat to come out of this steam mop. Not my favorite. I wish I did more research on better working steam mops.

Mop pads get dirty fast and dont get clean when put in washer. Replacement pads are expensive In my opinion. Steam mop doesnt work as good as the traditional mop.

Bought this to replace a steam shark it works good but you must use distilled water which leaves a haze on the floor. We used tap water in our shark (but it called for distilled water also) tap water leaves no haze but....the hardness of the water leaves mineral deposits in the steam mop which clogs the machine. CLR can only clean it so many times so we bought a new one and bought 3 gallons of Distilled water.

Too many hours of charging and only 20 minutes to use it.

I had my other bissell steam cleaner for over 10 years, never a problem. This one out of the box leaks out of the cord outlet as soon as you ad water. No second chance on a bissell for me.

It was working perfectly for awhile but maybe 6 months ago it stopped steaming ans cleaning.

Does what it says it will do. Nothing fancy. Turn it on, it steams. Basic unit. These things break easy. This is my third one in 3 years. Buy the warranty, it's worth it.

The mop is very light but does not produce much steam and doesn't seem to be as good as the shark steam mop. Not really worth the price.

I really wanted to like this mop. Unfortunately, it didn't make the cut for me. I used it twice, and now I feel I won't reach for it again. The steam is not constant. I use it for less than a minute, and the steam subsides for almost the same amount of time before building pressure again. It has not made cleaning any easier. I used the scrub brush on my first cleaning and it is already worn down.

I like the mop but only for quick refresh jobs not cleaning or sanitizing. Great for spot mopping

Works great on my tile floors and keeps them clean with out the chemical smell

Started leaking out the back after 4-5 uses. No clear reason why. Turns out many of these are defective. Was returned and I'm going to look for a different brand.

Bought this for purpose of cleaning my carpet, it did not meet my purpose so I had to return it.

Good quality steamer although I would love for it to have a more stronger steam and pressure

I would have to say my swiffer wet jet does a WAY better job on floors then this. Also, the compartment where you put you "fragrant disk" at is so lose, mine is already gone. Looked up how much it would be to replace that part, it is well over the price for a simple plastic thing. Overall, i was in between a 1 and a 2. Also, after you use this thing after about maybe around 2 or 3 times, it leaves so much water behind. Just buy a swiffer, save about $80 and call it a day!

Good product. But stopped working after 1 use. Had to return to the store after first time.

THE STEAM THAT COMES OUT OF THIS MACHINE IS INCREDIBLE. YOU CAN CLEAN YOUR FLOORS IN NO TIME. IT IS BETTER THAN USING A MOP . EASY TO STORE AWAY IN MY HALLWAY CLOSET.
