Not what I expected. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

This product is decent. I do not like that the removal pad does not appear to come clean in wash.

The steamer Does a good job Not awesome Do not use on laminate Unless it's on the low setting

Works ok. Nothing exceptional to note. The fragrance disc is useless and a waste of resources.

I wouldn’t consider this a steam mop. The cloth mop pad comes off of the surface as you are moping. It comes with two pads and you have to wash them a lot. Would prefer the shark steamer and would not recommend

started very good ,and I used it maybe 8-10 times and today stopped working, (almost worked for a year)I do not have kids and no pet in my house ,and there is never heavy duty work in my house(hard wood floor), so I do not recommend this product.

I was specifically looking for something that would help me keep my floors clean but not hurt my back further. Pushing this thing is JUST AS BAD as pushing a vacuum cleaner if you have back issues or Fibro BEWARE!

This unit is easy to use and clean up and stores great.

It woks well but break easily. It’s not stable and falls down alot.

This product did not meet my expectations. I love Bissell but I must say their company is better at making carpet cleaners and vacuums. I’d say, it’s average but even so.. I was expecting better. I returned this product.

Only worked for about 5 times then wouldn’t steam at all. It worked well when it did work but I had to return it.

Broke on me after 3 months. I put it away only to find a giant puddle and realized it was leaking from the bottom even though it was off and unplugged.

I Love this steamer!! Bissell floor cleaning products & equipment are my favorite & now I can add this one to my collection. Super lightweight, Great amount of Steam, Long cord & the feature I love the most is the detachable part with the brush on the bottom for grout cleaning. Mine came with two pads. The base of this machine is nice & wide, so covers a bigger area without a lot of effort. Price cannot be beat! Great especially if you have pets!!

Too hard to maneuver, doesn’t slide easily. I rather use a regular mop with very hot water.

I'm glad I didn't remember to write a review on this. This model was a replacement of another steam mop by Bissell that lasted for a little more than a year of light use. It died unexpectedly so I bought this one. This one didn't even last a year and before it stopped steaming. I will never buy another steam mop again.

Takes too long to get started. The only good thing I appreciate about it is the fact that you can place the deodorizer in it. I had a shark steam mop but after 6 years it gave out. I thought I'd try this brand but I wish I would have stuck with shark

It works fine with no issues. Average/Decent item.

That’s very hard to move its very heavy to move so it should have motorized spinning cleaning pad instead I took it back cuz it hurted my hand.

worked pretty decent for the last year it would leave streaks and would be a pain to continue to plug up every 5 feet but it was good until it just stopped working
