Disappointed in this steam mop. Took a chance and it was either defective or poor quality, barely steam at all, kept waiting for it to work and didn't do much at all. Returning it tomorrow at the local Best Buy store.

I used the cleaner on my tile floors. I turned it off to move to a different room and it would not turn back on. I tried the next day and it would not turn on.

It was easy to put together, but it did not clean as well as I expected. I was hoping it would remove persistent stains right away and it didn’t. It’s OK for regular mopping.

After 4 months started leaking and I wasted my money.

Maybe it's just the item that I got but it's leaking and some broken parts inside. looks like it's already been used and the package is all torn up.

after reading the reviews I had to test it out for myself. I was blown away, Use a ground cleaner on your tile first, just spray on it then use your Steam Vac, you will be amazed.

Did not get to use it at all! Broken straight out of the box and can’t return it because the return period of apparently 2 weeks has passed! It’s making a horrible knocking noise and will not steam or do anything!

Works as intended. I have a dog , who likes to lick the floor after giving her medicine with peanut butter. Love being able to have clean floors without the need of chemicals

I was given a product I thought I was purchasing brand new; instead you gave me a returned item that was defective. I sent it back with an email stating my disliking of your practices. I felt deceived.

It was nice but broke easly twice so it breaks fast its not durable

Maybe I just got unlucky, or maybe this product is garbage. Either way, it's obvious that Bissell doesn't test their products, before throwing them in the box. Never buying from Bissell again.

Bought it to help me with disinfecting our floors. and it became my BF!!

Puts way too much water on floor Would ruin hardwood floors

Bought this item less than 6 months ago. It worked great at first but then Started leaking out the back and does t seem to steam as much anymore.

I purchased this product because I felt like it would be a good mop. I've owned Bissell before and they were great. It no longer produces steam. I used it twice a week. What a bummer. I would encourage customer support to contact me and I'll upgrade my review status.

On the phone with Best Buy now… the area where the button are got hot but not at the bottom at all…. I filled with water and nothing. I even removed it from the floor attachment and nothing.

I used this in my wood floors the heat was very low not even hot this Mop leave stains on my floors sometimes it gets stuck on the floor not happy at all

Honestly for the price it’s not worth it, your better off just using a regular mop, i didnt Feel like it actually cleaned anything.

It gets dirty very quickly, and then it leaves marks on the floor, you have to keep removing it to wash it, it won't do.

The high steam function stops working and the entire machine shuts off. Only the low steam option works without the entire system shutting down.
