Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In retrospect - I've realized that in my 61 years - other than the house I grew up in (linoleum floors) that I've never lived 15+ years anywhere...so I was fooling myself that when we built the home we used a darker grout. OH NO! I called to see what it would cost to have it professionally done and kitchen alone was over $300. I read the reviews and decided to give it a go. I was TRULY AMAZED. Now it isn't a panacea miracle cure nor is it quick to fix if your grout is as bad as mine was...however I would say that after about 4 hours of work (not much on hands and knees) the steam mop has removed at least 85% of my yucky grout dirt...seriously it was SHOCKING! By the time I finish my house, I might wear it out - but it was easy, reasonably priced (think how much I'd have to pay to do the entire home!!!) and that grout cleaner is the BOMB! Thank you Bissell!
