Lasted for a few months, now just makes noises and drips water everywhere

I cannot I thought I was buying a RUG Cleaner my fault

Very disappointed in the durability of the steamer. It stopped heating after just a few months. Buy with caution or get an extended warranty.

Leaves streak marks this was my second bissel. Tried both cleaning pads they both leaves streaks on my kitchen floor. Not happy with product

This is the worst machine i have ever bought. It does NOT clean the floor at all! All bissell would do is send me an extra pad and solution. Do not waste your money

This item abruptly stopped working 2 months after purchase. Very disappointed. Cannot return as return or exchange date has expired!!

Was a gift did not work on first use, never created steam

I have a poor kitty that leaves spots so I felt the steam mop would be the sanitary way to clean up the messes. No problems but for a smell that it leaves the room. I know my mop is new but the odor is like burnt plastic. It came with a scent disc but that doesn’t help.

This model did not work at all I had to return it.

Does not give much steam. Sometimes only water comes out.

Worked well but has major leaks after using just few times in a year in my kitchen.

I tried Shark and thought that was better than bissell!! Bissell makes knocking sounds while steam cleaning floors.

Does not work right at all. I can mop three strokes and then steam stops. Takes 3 minutes or so to come back on. Takes me longer to clean.

I have never written a review before. That I am writing a review for this product speaks volumes to the quality product that it is. I'll admit I didn't really want the steam cleaner, my husband did. I found his interest in a new floor cleaner a little perplexing because he doesn't do any of the cleaning. He stated he might be willing to clean the floors if we had the steam cleaner. I didn't really think this would be the case but for $99 I gave him the thumbs up to purchase the steam cleaner. Last night, we decided to try our hand at using the steam cleaner to clean the grout in the tile. We recently purchased an existing home and the tile grout is dark in our high traffic areas. Prior hand cleaning didn't improve the grout color much and it was hard work. I cleaned an area of the grout with the steam cleaner and could not have been more impressed. What a significant improvement! My husband came over and said, "WHAT! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. LOOK AT IT! I am awesome and your welcome because I am the one that wanted the steam cleaner." LOL! We spend the rest of the evening and next morning literally fighting over who was going to clean the grout. It is easy and actually fun because it is so gratifying to see it so clean. I am about as skeptical as they come when it comes to products and claims about what they can do. We did consider a couple other floor cleaners before we made this purchase. We did not know if a steam cleaner was the way to go and I'll admit I was concerned about using it on our hardwood floors. After one steam clean our tile and hardwood floors look amazing. I hope this review is helpful to you as you consider whether you want to purchase this steam cleaner. I promise you that you will not be disappointed and in fact will likely find yourself recommending this steam cleaner to everyone you know.

Stopped working after 18 months. It stopped steaming and started leaking water. I’ll try a different brand now

Good product the pads that come with the steam vacuum are very thin an also is a challenge to change

Doesn't do that great of a job. The handle is cumbersome. You have to screw it on and off. Lacks storage ease.

The steam mop seemed to just rearrange dirt instead of really cleaning the floor. It also stopped heating up after a few months.

This steam mop does not work on porcelain tile. It leaves a streak. I will return.

Not impressed especially for the price. Was very disappointed in how clean it got my floors.
