Very disappointed returning to the store I don’t recommend it

It’s really sad that Best Buy sells used products !

I’ve only used it a handful of times & it started falling apart.

I purchased this mop yesterday and have used it on the tile in my foyer, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. I cannot comment as to longevity, but I CAN say I am very pleased with the overall design and function. The rectangular(ish) mophead with the pad that wraps around a bit enabled me to steam all the way into the corners and right up to the baseboards and toe kick tile. That was important to me. I vacuumed first (I thought thoroughly) but in some areas, especially my bathroom which gets very dusty, the residual dust got pushed by the mop head rather than picked up by the pad. To clarify, it only happened in some spots. So I would say it effectively sanitizes and removes spots/stains, but doesn't trap larger particles of dust or debris. That's what my vacuum is for so that is not a deal breaker, I just did a quick wipe down of that section before I moved on. I like the size of the mop head because it is flat enough to get under the edges of my appliances and cabinets, and narrow enough to get around the toilet but still big enough to get the job done expeditiously. I was, actually, pleasantly surprised by how well the scrubbing feature works. To be honest, I didn't expect it to really clean the grout. But, it did, with very little effort on my part, clean my grout. That being said, I have been a clean-floor-on-my-knees kind of cleaner usually so my floor was not too bad. But I could actually see the dirt being lifted from the grout ( hope it wasn't the grout itself). I like the fact that I can stand the mop up, and it will stay upright if I have to move something out of the way. I do think it balances a little precariously though. One caveat for me, something I should have known but didn't, is when you use the scrubbing section, the directions say to turn off the steam before and after. This makes sense since you don't want to burn yourself. I did not turn it off before I dislodged the mop head because I just hit the lever to detach and did not perceive any danger of coming in contact with the steam; But afterward is where it gets tricky. Very difficult to reattach while steam is still being produced. I did manage to do so but obviously not without risk. Next time I will just follow the directions and turn off the steam before reattaching the mop head. Both my husband and I love the fresh scent of the discs, another pleasant surprise because that was not a big selling point for me. Very happy with this purchase - now just hope it lasts.

Just bought this steam mop yesterday. Easy assembly, quick steam-ready, two cover styles, fragrance disc, long cord and scrub brush accessory. Very impressed with the grout cleaning using the scrub brush and steam! Floors look great! Believe the high ratings!

I was swimming in regret over the Armstrong luxury vinyl floor we had selected last summer. Not that the floor wasn't beautiful, but the light colored tiles trapped endless amounts of dirt in the crevices, and do NOT get me started on why pale grout was a huge mistake, especially on a large area. I was spending too many hours a week scrubbing both (often on my hands and knees), and still saw the annoying black spots in my tiles. This miraculous little device removes ALL of the shadows and black spots, leaving my tiles as beautifully clean as they were when we had them installed. It even cleans GROUT, for crying out loud! It does take some time to cover the entire floor with both the pad and the grout brush, but very little effort. The floor even feels far cleaner when we step on it barefoot. Bissell, if you ever decide to produce a cordless version of this cleaner, you may just rule the world!

At first blush, I thought this dinky thing couldn't do squat to clean up after "The Beast" (our two-year old) and her four older sibs. I couldn't have been more wrong. This lightweight, easy to use cleaner plows through dried on whatever-the-heck-that-was on our kitchen tile floor. Sometimes the goo has festered for a couple weeks before we get to do a good cleaning, but the mop head detaches for a scrub brush on the more stubborn ick. What used to take hours of hard scrubbing with Swiffer Wet pads takes minutes to clean with this amazing steam mop.

So I find myself mopping more often because its so easy to use. It cleans my floor so good. It even cleans the grout. I immediately dump the cloths into the washer after each use, because they are filthy. Even after sweeping well it picks up a lot of dirt and my floors look very clean. you wont regret this purchase.

Love this mop. It has plenty of cord, and heats up in seconds. I love that it comes with two mop heads that can be cleaned in the washing machine.

The steam mop is easy and really good leaving your floors clean. when I first used it I couldn’t believe how dirty my floors were . I use it all the time now

This is my first steam mop but I think its the best thing since sliced bread.I just moved into a new home and started to clean the place. I couldn't believe the difference it made in the kitchen. I thought the grout in the kitchen was gray, but after cleaning with this we realized it was actually beige (grooooooss!!!) I love that this cleans with out chemicals, my dog has skin allergies and everything messes with her. Since cleaning with the steam mop we have had no problems. Most of my house is tile so I have a lot of grout to keep clean and the scrub brush on this model is perfect for that. I have been using this for a month now about twice a week and it works great so far.

This thing is awesome!! I previously had a Shark steamer that stopped working. The Bissel steam mop is SO much better. I cannot believe how clean my floors are, and the lift off scrub feature is amazing. I hate to admit it, but I was grossed out by how dirty my floors actually were before cleaning with the Bissel.

This works great and is so easy to use. No chemicals required for a clean floor and that's important with pets. Great product and happy that I purchased it.

This is my second purchase of this bissel steam mop. Does a perfect job and leaves the house feeling spanking clean. Well priced and durable. The first one, purchased in 2020, was handed down to a friend... still works perfectly like brand new.

Heats up quickly, disperses steam evenly, mop head has nice texture to glide across tile and stone floors and also work on any areas needing extra attention to quickly and effectively get spots up. I've had mine for about 4 years now, still works great amd mop heads are still holding up - well made. Currently looking to get a couple additional mop heads to have on hand.
