This worked extraordinarily well! My only concern is that it may leave the floor a little streaky. But I have to give it a few more tries to discern if that is a pattern. But overall, it was a great buy!

Replaced a Shark Genius steamer that quit working . The Bissell was recommended by Consumer Reports so we thought we would try it. Works much better and puts out a lot of steam.

Works great on ceramic tile but do not use on hardwood floors. This left use marks on my floor from the piece of plastic protruding from the bottom of the map.

I have only used my steam mop once so far, but it worked wonders on my floor! I especially love the scrubbing option! Having tile floors can be a pain to clean but I was able to clean stuck on dirt in the grout no problem!

I love this steam mop. Heats up so quick and drys just as quick. Floors look so clean. Much easier than a bucket and mop. Would tell anyone to buy this. Can not go wrong.
