I got this steamer when my original H2O steamer gave up after years of abuse. This mop gets used almost daily. I have huge dogs so lots of big messes! This works even better than my old steam mop. It cleans up tile floors, linoleum and laminates beautifully. However, when I use it on my hard wood floors, I find that I need to go through with a towel to dry any wet spots (I'm a nervous Nelly when it comes to wood).

I read and compared many steam mops before making a final selection. I chose this one because Ive seen it work before. Im very impressed by the amount of dirt you can remove with the steam mop. You can add a tablet for fragrance which leaves the house smelling nice. 4 stars only just because I find it a little heavy and if you lower it to mop in hard to reach spaces it shuts down (assuming is a safety feature). Also some what difficult to drain it if you dont use all the water. Reasonable price compared to others.

This steam mop is super easy to use, and made my ceramic floors look new again. The brush scrubber does a great job cleaning grout lines, a job I've always had to do on my hands and knees before, so I never did it often enough! Now it's a breeze to do, and my floors never looked better, Great on hardwood too.

After initially purchasing one for ourselves and being satisfied with the performance we purchased this one for a family member who already had one but it was unfortunately destroyed in a fire. So this purchase is the replacement. It's easy to use and does an excellent job cleaning the floor. My wife and daughter love the fact that it is toxin free You don't need unhealthy chemicals on the floor especially when there are babies crawling around. I'm a guy who doesn't like housework that much but I actually had fun using it.

Bought for our new condo which is mostly tile floors. Easy to use and easy to push around. Lots of dirt came up on a floor that looked pretty clean to start. The only issue is that it is corded, which means you have to unplug and re- plug in a few times while cleaning. Cord is long which helps. Recommend!

Had a Shark steam mop that worked ok, but just broke in half one day at the upper plastic handle. Shark had no replacement parts for it!!! So I chose this Bissell model instead from Best Buy. What a difference. Much easier to use and better made. Steam is more adjustable and my floors sparkle. Love it.

At first I was a bit skeptical about A steam mop. I wasn't sure how good it would actually clean. Well I was proven wrong and this little mop convinced me. The steam comes out hot and forceful. It gets the floor shining and the higher temperatures help kill germs. It's very easy to use and takes a little floor space when stored.

Excellent machine. Was able to clean up years of grime that took only hand scrubbing to clean up. But this little machine was able to break up all of the build-up with the steam!

This is my 3rd Steam mop, and this is the best yet!!! Light weight, easy to put together. Easy to use, powerful steam ! Highly recommended

I used this to clean the grout between my tiles and when my wife got home she was amazed at how clean it looked. I would strongly recommend it. Showed my brother how well it worked he went out and bought one and was amazed at how little effort it took to clean the tile floor.

I thought the machine wasn't working. I waited for the sound of steam coming out, but I didn't hear or see anything, I changed the steam setting. Still nothing. I started cleaning the floor, and saw it was wet, and I touched a spot on the floor and it was hot. It cleaned all the spots of cat food and some spots of some liquid that had spilled. I left the spots stay on the floor, because I new I was going to buy a steam floor cleaner. All most all the spots were gone in one swipe, and a couple I went over a couple of times. I saw on one review where they said it just moved dirt around. There was not a lot of dirt on the mop, so I used a wet swiffer mop over the middle of the kitchen and it was clean. I still cannot believe it. I had another type of steamer a few years ago, and the steam would soak the mop cover. Not with this. No noise, no clanking on the first time. Did I say this was amazing????

Works great on all floor types; Natural hardwood, linoleum, and tile. Easy to use, just fill up the reservoir , let the unit heat up, and start moping. Doesn't leave the hardwoods wet or streaky. The spot treater worked great on stubborn stains on the linoleum. Removed old tile stains after a few passes. Just throw the mop head in the washer when you're done. Overall a great steam mop!

This steamer has been a amazing I have time and hardwood floors that look wonderful after using this steamer. It sanitized my floors is easy to use and dries quickly. I have children and this is a time saver and safe from chemicals.

Can’t believe how easy the Bissell steam mop is to use. Has already done a great job on our floors. No more scrubbing for us!

It’s not to heavy and very easy to use and doesn’t require solutions just water

Sticks a little while mopping which can make it a little harder but overall works great.
