Awesome Steam Mop!

Very disappointed!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on Tuesday, tried it on Wednesday, and returned it on Thursday! I purchased this to replace a HAAN floor steamer that I have had for years. I chose this one because it was so highly rated...but I would give it a HALF a star if I could. It's a nice looking machine, and seems to be well built, but it leaves the floor VERY WET, and they take a long time to dry. My house has nothing but ceramic tile, and I loved the thought of sanitizing and getting a "fresh smell" from the fragrance discs at the same time. The fragrance did NOT get passed through the steam, and did not make to the wet floors. Once the floors finally did dry, you could still see marks (dirt) left behind! I expected so much more from a name like Bissell, but it does not live up to the hype. My suggestion is to get a Haan, and you will not be disappointed!

No steam and leaking

Product began to leak with no steam. Bissell customer support doesn’t care and referred me to someone to fix it. Find another brand. Shark has great warranties and actually cover defective items.

Knocking Sound

This new one I bought mad this knocking sound that I could not stand. I then checked out some videos and they said the sound will stop. I let it run for a while and could not stand that noise any longer, plus I could barley see any steam. I will be returning this today.
