Works great for ceramic flooring, grout and laminate flooring. Easy to use, pain free operation versus getting on your hands and knees to scrub the floors. Saved me 75-80% of the time to clean my floors.

A little cumbersome to use but better than the one it replaced. It makes a healthy amount of steam. One minor quirk: You have to plug it in, wait for the light to stop flashing, then hit the steam, and then hit another button indicating whether you want average steam or super-steam. Seems like there should be one less step in the process. Also, it would have been nice if they included more than two steam pads.

Works wonders. Keeps my hard surfaces clean. Easy to use.

The Bissell steam mop provides a plentiful amount of steam with an ease to slide the unit along the floor. It cleans our wooden floors better than other floor steamers we have owned.

I've been considering a steam mop for some time. Did some research and read some reviews and decided this was the closest to what I wanted. Heat up time is decent and it does a pretty good job cleaning. Would have preferred a triangular head, but the head that comes with it does detach, giving you a small scrubber for those hard-to-reach corners. Not bad for the price.

Bought this item as a Christmas gift. Have used 2 times and it has worked great. Not to much moisture and is quick to heat up. My floors have never looked so good! Easy to use, just wish the fill cup was able to attach to the unit.

It's a pretty good lightweight piece of machinery. It cleans my hardwood floors pretty well. And doesn't make the shine dull at all. I'm happy with purchase even more so that I had plenty of coupons to bring down the price to under $20 ...real wrap. Thank you and thank you Best Buy!☺️

This product works very well! The attachment can come off and leads you with a scrubber which you can use to clean your dirty grout off the tiles. I def recommend this.

I hate mopping, this mop changed my life. So easy to use, just fill with water and steam away. It has a really long chord so you can gey a large area done without having to stop and plug in somewhere else. Mop pads wash easily, air dry.

I had been searching for a steamer for my house (I have both hardwood and tile flooring) and read the reviews for this one. Most were good so I decided to go with this one. I love it! It’s easy to use, cleans really well, and the scent boosters are great...it’s not too over powering.

This is a lifesaver, no longer having to deal with buckets, and wet mop heads all over the place! Its pretty light but holds a lot of water so that you can get your whole house done in one pass! I love that it comes with two mop heads and two scent dics!

I always had wanted one. Finally bought after Xmas. Was on sale. Easy to use directions. Really cleaned my tile floor. Could see the dirt literally come out of the pours of the tile. Made huge difference from just a mop. Looked brighter after cleaning. Great on stains.

Love this steam mop. Mainly bought dor cleaning my concrete floors in my old apt and it worked great. Also works great on the plank floors in my house. Its great not needing to uae chemicals, especially when you have sensitive pets.

We had a little bit bigger Bissell steam mop prior that also vacuumed but it broke and couldn't find it anywhere. This one has turned out to be a great alternative. It's lighter, has plenty of functionality and gets the job done well.

Easy to use floor steamer. My pine wood floors have never been so clean. Water evaporates immediately so it is safe for the wood.

I looked at a bunch before buying this one - main selling point are the washable pads, size, and ease of use. Mop is ready in no time and the cord is the perfect length. The base even detaches for steam scrubbing and close up steam treatment of a different surfaces. Very happy!
