I purchased this steam mop to clean up my hard wood floor and tile. I have young children and pets that are constantly making the floors dirty/sticky. This steam mop is easy to use and gives me peace of mind that my floors will be free of germs and bacteria.

Works great on my engineered floors, it helps with dust and maintains a nice gloss. I don't have to get on my hands and knees and clean the floors

Highly recommend this steam mop! It works on my laminate floors and doesn’t ruin them, does amazing work on my grout and it also smells really good with the fresh scent pads that go in it.

I absolutely love mine! After vacuuming the tile, I go in with the Mop. Don't be fooled. In order for it to kill bacteria, you need to let it sit in the same area for 15 seconds, which isn't practical when mopping a room. However, I do allow it to just sit in one spot for spot cleaning, since it holds itself upright. Cleaning with this device and water gives better results than a traditional mop and chemicals. Plus, the floor dries quickly and I know my dogs aren't picking up any chemicals on their paws. It's not recommended, but on occasion, I do add white vinegar to the water tank. So far, so good. I am not fond of the scent discs. Waste of money in my eyes.

I opened and assembled it very easily. Very easy to use! Does an excellent job cleaning my kitchen tile floor and dries so quickly and so clean. Didn't need to use the scrub brush that is attached. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a clean floor so quickly!

I read the reviews but I was still skeptical of this machines ability to clean grout. I am amazed at this little machine! The prior owners of my home thought thick white grout was a good idea and it’s pretty but it gets dirty really fast. Hard to believe that you just use water and the dirt just releases. The pads are whatever but the detachment with the scrubber is everything! Only downside is when you take the pad holder off it makes the machine shorter so you have to hunch a little and that strained my back after a little while. Worth every penny though! My grout is white again!

Very light, and very easy to use. Requires only a small amount of water to clean the whole house. Purchased this after a different brand floor wet vacuum broke but we've been very pleased with the performance and convenience of this unit. Very happy we purchased this product!

This mop was much needed. I purchased a home that had tile floors that are in good condition but filthy- I didn't think the grout would ever be anything other than black. This mop has done wonders and my floor looks new. My only complaint is that when use it on the high setting it does run out of steam (water) fairly quickly. Definitely worth it though and I would definitely buy all over again. The tile scrubber works wonders. For deep messes like mine I'd keep some absorbent junky towels nearby to soak up some of the water that this will leave behind if you have to keep going over grout lines. Great little steam mop though!

Love this thing. Easy to use and does the job. Really is thorough in getting up any dirt/grime off of hardware floors. No complaint as at all and I would certainly recommend.

Excellent item. Functions perfectly. Cleans great. Easy to care - just remove the pad and wash with gentle warm soapy water.

This works awesome. Cleans my tile floors perfectly light weight and easy to maneuver, they look so nice when done. So easy to use and works so well my friend tried it and is going to get one now. Best purchase!!!!!!

This works great on our tile floors. It cleaned the grout nicely! It only comes with two mop heads which can clean about 1800 sq feet. Well, depends on how dirty your floors are. Definitely recommend!

Its very easy to use and cleans really well. The cord is very long so you dont need to connect it again and again. You ll get two replaceable mops that can be washed.

Bought this mop after searching a good dependable steam mop when my Shark broke for good the second time. Happy that it can be turned off without unplugging it, has a automatic pump & the job it does cleaning. In my opinion I find it easy to use.

It does a really great job on tile floors. It's a lot better then a swiffer wet jet. I always felt like if I push on it too much the swiffer would break. This New type of mop is a big upgrade from that. It's also easy to use and start up.

I love this steamer! It has been fantastic. I really notice a difference in how clean my floors are after a steam. Huge upgrade from a traditional mop. Easy to use as well.

After going through 2 Shark steam cleaners in a very short period of time I tried this Bissell. I love it so much I bought one as a house warming gift for a friend who has tile floors throughout her house. She loves it too! I definitely would buy this again.

This mop is light and it is easy to use. There are some disadvantages to this one. It is just a moo with a high temp. steam if you have some dirt on the floor you better vacuum first then mop it. also it caused some white spots on my wood floors because some times we leave it on the floor just to unplug and it damages the wood floor so I returned to get the bissel Crosswave pet pro. It vacuum floors and sucks all the dirt and the same time washes the floor. it is so much better than the mop
