I got this because I am having some health issues, to where it makes it more difficult to use my big mop. This is much lighter and easy to use. I do not see alot of steam coming from the bottom as I mop, hardly any, I hope this is normal. On low steam, it seems like barely warm. On high, gets really hot. You will need addition pads to go with this. On an actually wet mess, I am more comfortable cleaning it up before using this. It doesn't really deep clean the grout unless I use the scrub brush, but my grout sits in deep. Overall, I really like it.

Bought this for my son’s first apartment. Easy to use. Leaves floors immaculately clean. Better than a mop.I liked it so much, I bought another for myself.

This mop steamer does an excellent job cleaning my floors. I used to have the Shark steam mop and was sad when it stopped working, but now I'm glad to have this one; I like the Bissell better. It's sturdy, steams fast, and gets tougher jobs done better and faster.

I've tried other brands of floor cleaners that just didn't last long. This Bissell in my opinion is the best quality that I've tried. It scrubs great, has a nice amount of steam, and is quick to use.

Purchased as replacement for shark steam cleaner that is no longer made. Bissell cleaner is light weight. Heats up rapidly and cleans well. Very maneuverable, water is easily added and controls are easy to use. Wish I had purchased long ago.

This product it amazing and easy to use. Just add water turn on let it warm up and then steam clean your floors within minutes . Best household cleaning machine ever invented and not only does it clean it Santisez :)

Was simple to use and did a great job on my floors. The power cord is stiff (not real flexible) but that is a very minor quibble.

I love my Bissell mop, it was an easy set-up and easy to use and works very well to clean our tile floors.

We used this to clean up our hardwood floors before putting our house on the market. We kept going over the floors because we couldn't believe how much grime this pulled out of the wood! It is easy to change the pad and light to carry.

Tremendous amount of steam and works extremely well! Set up was a breeze and extremely easy to use. My floors have never been cleaner! Well worth the money!

I use this product on ceramic tile. It is easier than mopping and I feel the floor is cleaner when using the steam mop as opposed to a regular mop! Easy to put together, simple to use and love the results!

I live in Santa Fe, NM and dust is a way of life. I have three dogs and tile floors, and even though I run a bare floor vacuum often, there is still fine dust left behind. I will run the steam mop and the floors are great and dry instantly. I bought extra pads so I change them two or three times while cleaning depending on how dirty the floor is. My house is about 2000 sq ft, and generally one tank of water does it all. The cord lenght is reasonable. The unit heats quickly, and has two steam settings. The lift off scrub brush is great for tile grout. I will never wet mop again!

We have Harwood and Tile floors in our house. This mop made cleaning the floors so easy. No chemicals just steam and the sent disc really works nice too!
