Was surprised of how good this product cleans tile floors and especially grout. Easy to use and filling with h20 was simple. Light and glides on floor smoothly. Would Recommend this floor cleaning machine highly.

This mop is super easy to operate and does a wonderful job. The cleaning pads that come with it are easily cleaned in the washer themselves. Great mop for the money!

Great steam mop for what it does. Only thing I wish is that I had bought the cordless version instead. The cord is lengthy, however, and operation is easy.

I just loved how efficiently it works on my tile. I have 2300 sq frog tile and keeping them clean was so much tiring but this mop works like a wonder. The cord is long enough to cover my almost entire area. Loved the steaming performance.

I bought this for my daughter 9 months ago and she absolutely loves it. She uses it allll the time. Cleans well! No clogging so far and that's a huge deal! I know this has been an issue for many steam mops, including two that I own. Luckily I found that if I flip the mop upside down and pour a little vinegar in the steam holes and leave overnight... that resolves the clog issue. Just threw that out there for anyone who owns a steam mop that clogs up :)

I originally was set out to purchase a normal non-electronic mop, but didn’t have the funds at the time to purchase one. Thankfully I have the Best Buy credit card, so I stopped there and bought this. Definitely worth the extra money. I mopped my entire apartment in under 15 minutes and it looked like I had scrubbed the floor with bleach

This steam mop is a god send, it works phenomenally on our tile and vinyl wood flooring and all you need is water. The option to detach the mop head and use the scrubbing part of the mop is perfect for tile grout and makes my flooring look brand new. Extremely worth it for the price! Highly recommend!
