Great stream mop only used it twice so far. We have ceramic tiles it works great. I have a two-year-old and a 4-year-old German Shepherd.

This steam mop is a god send, it works phenomenally on our tile and vinyl wood flooring and all you need is water. The option to detach the mop head and use the scrubbing part of the mop is perfect for tile grout and makes my flooring look brand new. Extremely worth it for the price! Highly recommend!

I bought this steamer to replace an old steamer/vacuum that suddenly died. I never really used the vacuum on the old one relying on the more powerful stand alone vacuums that we have. My wife was replacing the area rugs in our living and dining rooms so I wanted to deep clean the floors before I used a restore on the hardwood floors. This steamer worked great, no visible streaking or excess water on the floors. I was really impressed by how much additional dirt this steamer picked up. After the hardwood floors I tackled the ceramic tile in our kitchen, foyer and bathrooms. Again the steamer worker great. Several features on this steamer I liked more that the old one 1) It has a swiveling head, much easier to use in tight spaces. 2) A larger water capacity 3) Two steamer settings although I preferred the high setting even on the hardwood 4) The scrubber feature where you can temporarily remove the steamer pad and use a scrubber to loosen sticky stains. I also understand it works well on cleaning discolored tile grout. I'll try that at a later date. 5) You get two types of pads, a softer one that I used on the hardwood and a slightly coarser one I used on the tile. The pads are easily removed and clean up in the washer. 6) It also comes with a couple of scented discs that can be used for a more fresh smell. My wife is sensitive to certain smells so I haven't used those yet but still a nice feature my old steamer lacked.

Great light weight steam mop.Just wish it had a triangle mop head which would get into the corners better.But overall it does the job and has enough steam to do a large area. I like that it comes with 2 mop cloths.

The Bissell Steam Mop does the job!! It is light, easy to use and leaves the floors clean. This is the second one I have purchased from Best Buy and now there is a steam mop at both houses.

I love this mop. It has a nice long cord and it’s so easy to set up and clean. I used it to get rid of paint stains on my flooring when we were remodeling.

I had the previous version for a few year and loved how easy it was to use. This one is even better and cleans my entire house spotless

We got this mop in the interest that it sanitizes the floors. We now use this nearly every day and it is very lightweight and easy to use. You definitely want to use the scent disks if you have pets because after using it in a home with dogs the pad starts to smell like wet dog. The pads are easily washable in the laundry and you can find replacements nearly anywhere at a reasonable price. I highly suggest this model because of the steam brush feature. This brush focuses the steam and cleans deeply. Great product!

This Steamer was purchased to replace an old Shark Steamer that also gave us many good years of service. I loved my Bissell 1940 steam mop and was looking for a replacement after it eventually gave out on me. I was going to purchase another 1940 model when I discovered a newer version and I love this one even more. The longer cord is a great bonus for my home use but its the detachable handle that includes a scrub brush that is worth the upgrade and slight price increase. This model incorporates a steam scrub brush that truly gets into the grout and deeper crevices of my limestone floors. I love it.

have tile throughout my new home. Got tired of mopping with swiffer. Really enjoy this tile cleaner, lightweight and seems to clean well. Bought several extra pads to use.
