I love things that work and are simple to use and put together. It does what it claims. I no longer use a regular mop! It’s deep cleans everything. A must have if you have pets.

This steam mop is fast and easy to use on my laminate floors that were extremely dirty after a week of having many guests over with kids, our 2 shih tzus, food/drinks, and not to mention the constant in and out which tracked in more dirt than normal. I was overwhelmed on the thought of getting my floors clean for my crawling 9 month old but with this steam mop made it such a breeze and enjoyable to clean the floors. I actually cant wait until they're dirty again!

I bought this steamer to replace an old steamer/vacuum that suddenly died. I never really used the vacuum on the old one relying on the more powerful stand alone vacuums that we have. My wife was replacing the area rugs in our living and dining rooms so I wanted to deep clean the floors before I used a restore on the hardwood floors. This steamer worked great, no visible streaking or excess water on the floors. I was really impressed by how much additional dirt this steamer picked up. After the hardwood floors I tackled the ceramic tile in our kitchen, foyer and bathrooms. Again the steamer worker great. Several features on this steamer I liked more that the old one 1) It has a swiveling head, much easier to use in tight spaces. 2) A larger water capacity 3) Two steamer settings although I preferred the high setting even on the hardwood 4) The scrubber feature where you can temporarily remove the steamer pad and use a scrubber to loosen sticky stains. I also understand it works well on cleaning discolored tile grout. I'll try that at a later date. 5) You get two types of pads, a softer one that I used on the hardwood and a slightly coarser one I used on the tile. The pads are easily removed and clean up in the washer. 6) It also comes with a couple of scented discs that can be used for a more fresh smell. My wife is sensitive to certain smells so I haven't used those yet but still a nice feature my old steamer lacked.

This is easy to assemble, fill and use. It is lightweight and smaller, so fits well in the storage closet. Perfect for cleaning tile, wood or vinyl.

This steam mop is so easy to use and gets my wood and linoleum floors very clean!! I highly recommend it!

Great light weight steam mop.Just wish it had a triangle mop head which would get into the corners better.But overall it does the job and has enough steam to do a large area. I like that it comes with 2 mop cloths.

I really don't have any complaints about this. The water tank lasts an entire cleaning session plus some (I have a large area that is hard floor) Love the two steam settings The mop head detaches and the heavy duty orange scrub brush at the base of the body is fantastic for hard set messes and for grout cleaning. Lightweight, easy to store, easy to use.

I had the previous version for a few year and loved how easy it was to use. This one is even better and cleans my entire house spotless

I love this mop. It has a nice long cord and it’s so easy to set up and clean. I used it to get rid of paint stains on my flooring when we were remodeling.

I love the Bissell steam mop! So easy to use and cleans great!

We got this mop in the interest that it sanitizes the floors. We now use this nearly every day and it is very lightweight and easy to use. You definitely want to use the scent disks if you have pets because after using it in a home with dogs the pad starts to smell like wet dog. The pads are easily washable in the laundry and you can find replacements nearly anywhere at a reasonable price. I highly suggest this model because of the steam brush feature. This brush focuses the steam and cleans deeply. Great product!
