I like it...Lightweight and cleans well for the price. Could use more of the coarser pads as we have lots of tile with grout!

Great purchase. The steamer is easy to use and has a long cord to use throughout the kitchen. Love that it has two settings of power.

This streamer does a good job., I wish it could be cordless., but the cord is very long which is great..

I loved my Bissell 1940 steam mop and was looking for a replacement after it eventually gave out on me. I was going to purchase another 1940 model when I discovered a newer version and I love this one even more. The longer cord is a great bonus for my home use but its the detachable handle that includes a scrub brush that is worth the upgrade and slight price increase. This model incorporates a steam scrub brush that truly gets into the grout and deeper crevices of my limestone floors. I love it.

Great mop - gets the floor clean and with a lot less time and effort than a traditional mop.

Husband loves it. It is very easy to use and cleans floors perfectly. We do vaccum the floors first.

I am in love with this mop! I wanted to buy it for a long time but was hesitant due to all the controversies but finally I did and have no regrets. The floor shines after it and smells great. I have a cat, dog and a toddler and obviously mess on the floor. I don't use this mop every single day cause I have something lighter and faster for quick clean up but for a deep clean I use it and wow! It really gives that fresh and super clean feel and look to the floor. I've never regretted buying it.

Very handy tool for cleaning tile and hard wood floors. 2 steam settings and 2 machine washable shammy’s allow for deep or mild, streak-free cleaning. For lighter colored tiles, I recommend adding a small amount of bleach to the water in the fill cup. There is also a way to remove the bottom piece to reveal a brush to scrub the grout between tiles. Great tool for the price.

It helped me a lot clean my tile floor. I now don’t have to worry about back pain as standing or sitting to squeeze the old mop.Thanks to the Bissell.

We have a new puppy so our floors needed some work. The Bissell PowerFresh Pet we bought in 2017 was only partially working, so we bought this new one. WOW. For 15 years, I have been trying to clean the grout in our tile. In less than one hour, it was looking like new. The combination of the steam and the brush with this deluxe model really worked wonders. For $100 I would highly recommend. I have estimates from contractors for twice that to do the same one time!

I was excited to buy this to clean/sanitize my floors in the entire house. I have large marble tile (very glossy) in first floor and semi gloss wood floor on the stairs & second floor. I started downstairs first, and worked my way upstairs. I followed the exact directions, and the first floor with marble came out terrible with super large streaks of water. I had it set to high steam, and was using the rough textured pad for the stains. I then began the stairs, and worked my way up to the second floor. Refilled the tank with water, and began the same process on the second floor and came out way better. This doesnt work great with high gloss tile. Wood is better to absorb the moisture it leaves behind. Pros: the cord is very long, and the tablet it comes with in the box left my house smelling really good. I will give it one more shot with the first floor’s marbel tile on low steam setting, and the white pad to see how it goes. If the outcome is the same, I’m going to return it.

I am in love with this thing! It cleans like no other and actually disinfects your floors unlike just makes it smell nice. It's really important that it actually disinfects especially with COVID and all the germs we bring into our homes from walking around outside. I also reeealllyyy like that its a little more eco friendly due to having reusable fabric pads vs ones you have to keep tossing out and repurchasing . So honestly saves money in the long run as well .

Steams up fast & steams well, large mop head that nicely swivels, the damp left behind mop dries up quiclkly, only complaint is that it doesn't pick up everything in corners, very reasonably priced
