This is super easy to use and does a great job deep cleaning our hardwood and tile floors. Absolutely would recommend.

One tiny container of water, two scrubby pads, and in less than 20 minutes (assembly included) my entryway floor (tile), kitchen and bathroom floor (linoleum) are spotless and sanitary- with a fresh scent! I didn’t even break a sweat! I LOVE this fabulous little gadget! No nasty toxic cleaners, no sloppy bucket, and no dirty mop head- just a shiny and perfect floor left behind with no sticky residue.

This is my first steam mop and I just LOVE it!! I researched every steam mop on the market and finally came to the decision on this one mainly because of the scrubber feature to clean the grout, which works great! Cleans and sanitizes my tile floors without the streaks and residue from regular mopping. Mopping my floor is so easy now! I like that it can stand up by it self. It was so easy to get a price match with Best Buy. Shipping was fast and easy with Best Buy!!

Nice steam mop. Long cord, easy to use. Cleans as well as sanitizes - pleasant optional scent.

Mop produces decent amount of steam. I like that it comes with two pads. I wish the mop head were a little more ergonomic to fit behind toilet, but that a minor grip.. Overall, very good mop.

Had to buy this because my previous model had broken the water compartment. This model is great because you don’t need to remove the water compartment to add the water. They supply a cup to pour the water in. The pads on this model worked with my old model which is why I bought this one. Both models cleaned my floor easily. Be sure to buy extra pads since they get dirty over time. Easiest way to clean your floors without using chemicals.

Great steam mop, cleans well, easy to assemble, fill and work with. No issues or problems, I have both tile and hardwoods, both were cleaned up nicely.

Great purchase, easy to use, lightweight. Does a great job on ceramic floors.

Really loving this. The detachable brush works wonderfully. The steam really works too and the smell isn't horrible. Thankfully no issues on the hardwood floors - but just be careful of the heat up and cool down on the hardwood. It will leave a spot - I rest it on something else to prevent that.
