Does what it is supposed to do. Cheaply made. Must turn it upside down to empty water in the reservoir. Should have been made with a removable reservoir. Have not used the grout brush so I can't comment but others thought it a good attachment. Good cord length. Pad could be easier to put on.

Easy to use. Cleans effectively easy steamer for hard floors. What a difference!

Leaves floors clean without scrubbing on hands and knees. Steam has 2 settings. Light weight and easy to maneuver

So far so good. I like that it can stand up on its own. It heats up fast and does the job well. I also like the fact that there is a brush built into it for getting the stubborn dirt.

I was skeptic at first, but after using it I found out it’s sooo much easier to clean the my house! Really gets the tough mess out of the floor.

The steam cleaning floor results were very good. Especially like the grout cleaning option.

This is by far ine of the best investments I’ve made. Does a phenomenal job with cleaning our kitchen and bathroom tile floor. You see the difference almost immediately. Dont hesitate to get one!

I have owned and used many steam cleaners and they don't tend to last more than 1-2 years. I did some research before deciding on this one and it didn't disappoint. It feels more substantial than the others, not like a flimsy lightweight mop. Based on my past history with steam mops I decided to buy the warranty but I have a sneaking suspicion that I won't need it. It cleans wonderfully and has extra features. I definitely recommend this product.

This mop is excellent. It works so well for pets and animals. My LVP floors loves this mop the fragrances that come from this mop, smell wonderful and the employees at Best Buy or the best ever if you ever need a good mop by this mop and get it from Best Buy.

The wife loves this thing. It’s like a magic power scrubber with no elbow grease required. Just run it over the flooring surface and stand back and smile at your perfectly cleaned floor. Then look at the mop pad and how dirty it is and realize how much your old mop sucks, and how you really need to clean your floors more often. This thing is a 10 and makes the job easy enough for anyone in the house to use.

The product works great but my rating reflects what I actually received. I purchased this brand new from Best Buy. When I unpacked it, it was obvious that it was used because there was water still in the part that holds water. I called customer service to see if they'd offer a credit for a used excellent product but the rep said no and told me to return it for a refund. I've purchased a different product with Best Buy where I was missing a USB c cord and they gave me a credit. Unsure why the rep couldn't do it in this scenario. I decided to just keep it and will probably limit my buying from Best Buy.
