I researched every steam mop on the market and finally came to the decision on this one mainly because of the scrubber feature to clean the grout, which works great! Cleans and sanitizes my tile floors without the streaks and residue from regular mopping. Mopping my floor is so easy now! I like that it can stand up by it self. It was so easy to get a price match with Best Buy. Shipping was fast and easy with Best Buy!!

Convenient mop to clean floors without chemicals

This model is great because you don’t need to remove the water compartment to add the water. They supply a cup to pour the water in. The pads on this model worked with my old model which is why I bought this one. Both models cleaned my floor easily. Be sure to buy extra pads since they get dirty over time. Easiest way to clean your floors without using chemicals.

There were areas I wanted to clean up for a long time are now shiny and I am happy with. I wish that it came with more pads but it is nothing to complain about. It did not leave mark on my floor so I don't know what other people were talking about.

Easy to use and you only need water, no solution. I still used a flat mop to give it a quick shine after. Hardwoods and kitchen linoleum look great.
