It works well. There were areas I wanted to clean up for a long time are now shiny and I am happy with. I wish that it came with more pads but it is nothing to complain about. It did not leave mark on my floor so I don't know what other people were talking about.

Sanitize your floor without any chemicals or having to rinse and drain a mop. I have ocd with my floors and sometimes mopping it with the traditional spin mop I will still see streaks or residue on the tile. With this mop all of that gets eliminated. If you have your floors sealed this will help protect the tile and grout from deteriorating. I have 4 kids and wished I knew about this sooner.

I got this because I seen it sanitizes the doors but also I witness it Dee cleans them way better than a standard mop. You can mop way faster and easier while having a polish floor look. After the scent discs fades away I recommend just putting a little pine sol with water and it gets the job done with also have a good scent. Also gets dirt stains Easily up that is hard to get with a mop that you have to literally scrub and have difficulty getting.

My wife and me bought the PowerFresh a couple weeks ago to steam clean our hardwood floors. Overall, we were very pleased with the product. It was very easy to put together and throwing it in the washer to clean beats buying cleaning pads every couple of times at the grocery store. One downside to the PowerFresh, although it is very light, it’s not made of anything but hard plastic...kind of hard to say this product is worth the price tag. Nonetheless, we’ve enjoyed having it and recommend over a standard mop or other product.

Best investment! Easier to use than a mop. You will not be disappointed in the purchase.

This thing is solid for the money. It does get the floor pretty clean. But I’d recommend a standard mop to do a real deep cleaning ever now and then.

This is a pretty good steamer. We recently got a puppy and this has been very helpful in cleaning any spots that he has had an accident. I put a couple drops of essential oils in the water (not sure if that is actually recommended) but it leaves the room smelling fresh and the floors are clean with no streaks. Using the bristle brush, I was able to clean dirty grout around the bathtub. The bathroom had not had a thorough cleaning like this before using just product. It's practically a daily go to.

Our springer drools when you feed her. Her drool spot had made permanent stains on our laminate flooring; no amount of pine sol and elbow grease cleaned the floor well enough to get rid of the stains. Then we bought this mop. Stains gone with very little effort. If you have pets, this mop is a must! No chemicals, yet every time we mop our home smells fresh and clean and our floors actually feel clean.

This steam mop works great. Every time i use it i am surprised about how much dirt it picks up. Easy to use and cleans well.
