I was looking for a replacement for my steam mop and I needed something with extra steam boost. This mop is awesome! I just tried it on my kitchen floor, which is tiled. When I tried the steam boost, I was amazed at how well it actually cleaned the grout! No more hand scrubbing!

This mop is fast to get to full steam, has a great build and feel while you are using it, and the detachable mop head allows you to concentrate the steam in a small space in combination with a scrub brush to get really tough stains out of tile. We used it to clean the grout in our floor tile, and it has saved us hundreds of dollars versus a professional cleaner. You will not be sorry with this device. Big kudos on the design!

Mop works great on our tile floors. I purchased for the scrub brush piece that cleans grout and don't expect miracles but it does work well.

Nice mop. Very light weight. Starts up pretty quickly. Does a great job on our hard tile floors.

Excellent device. I use both the brush with no other chemicals but just steam, and yes, you can remove all kinds of dirt, but it is not a swift pass; you need to put some effort. Moping with steam is simple, and you can adapt to the level of steam you need. I used 2.5 gals of distilled water to remove grime and then mop all my first floor ~ 1400 sqft. Smells great and looks like a new house now.

In terms of cleaning it does a great job. However it does leave some streaks. On my floors that's ok, but would be annoying to somehow with high gloss floors.

It took my wife and I 14 years to discover that this is THE best way to clean natural stone and tile. It works and you don't need any cleaning chemicals/agents. We have almost 2000 sq ft of natural stone. I do recommend buying extra cleaning covers but you can save a lot of money buying them on Amazon, etc. that are not official Bissell ones but are the basically the same.

This floor steamer does everything it promises and everything it should. We use it on tile grout, tile, vinyl plank flooring and the floor of our tile shower. Good investment! Disengaging the base to use the steam jet takes a bit of work, but it's not terrible inconvenient.

His is a very lightweight and easy to use steam mop. It’s priced well just wish company would provide the max temperature.

I have wood floors and vinyl (kitchen and bathroom) in my home. I previously had a Shark steam mop and it cleaned great but there were times where it would take a while for the steam to either begin or keep going. With this steam mop it begins to steam in about 30 seconds and just keeps going as long as you keep moving the mop. Much easier to clean too. I still like the Shark model but I do like the Bissell model more.

I bought this for the hardwood floors and tile in my apartment and I couldn’t be happier! This mop cleans so well, makes the rooms smell clean with the scent pads that are included, and the mop pads are easy to clean. I have a dog so this is perfect for my living space and I would recommend this product to anyone who has is looking for a hard floor cleaning solution. Get rid of your mop and invest in this Bissell steam mop!

Works as intended. Much easier than mopping , i wish the replacement mats were cheaper

I have a lot of unsealed, white porous tile in my home. With four dogs the floor never looks clean with dirt hiding in the pores and impossible to get out with normal mops. This provides the perfect amount of moisture to get the dirt out without creating filthy puddles. AND the steam kills germs. The cord is 15' long so you don't have to keep running around plugging and unplugging.

Cleans great and easy to use. It heats up fairly quick,, within a minute. it cleans without harsh chemicals.

Really enjoy this product, it is easy to use and has worked well on cleaning my laminate floors.
