This is a pretty good steamer. We recently got a puppy and this has been very helpful in cleaning any spots that he has had an accident. I put a couple drops of essential oils in the water (not sure if that is actually recommended) but it leaves the room smelling fresh and the floors are clean with no streaks. Using the bristle brush, I was able to clean dirty grout around the bathtub. The bathroom had not had a thorough cleaning like this before using just product. It's practically a daily go to.

This item works very well. My only complaint is that it says not to use bleach so the mops heads stay dirty looking after washing them. Other than that, its a great product and does what it says it will do.

Bought this to clean up years of built up grime on grout. It worked perfectly. Would not have been able to clean the grout through the whole house without it. The bristle brush underneath was amazing. Definitely worth the money.

The Bissell steam mop is an excellent product. I love using it to spotlessly clean and sterilize my floors.

I needed something to clean my floors of my new apt and this item doesn’t fail. I do wish they included more of the scents. Pretty to easy to use and great for my living room and bathroom etc.

I was looking for a replacement for my steam mop and I needed something with extra steam boost. This mop is awesome! I just tried it on my kitchen floor, which is tiled. When I tried the steam boost, I was amazed at how well it actually cleaned the grout! No more hand scrubbing!

This mop is fast to get to full steam, has a great build and feel while you are using it, and the detachable mop head allows you to concentrate the steam in a small space in combination with a scrub brush to get really tough stains out of tile. We used it to clean the grout in our floor tile, and it has saved us hundreds of dollars versus a professional cleaner. You will not be sorry with this device. Big kudos on the design!

This is by far one of the best purchases from Best Buy. We didn’t realize how gross our floors truly were until we use the steam mop. The only downside is it doesn’t any fragrance well and if you don’t take the cleaning pad off right away, it smells awful.

Our springer drools when you feed her. Her drool spot had made permanent stains on our laminate flooring; no amount of pine sol and elbow grease cleaned the floor well enough to get rid of the stains. Then we bought this mop. Stains gone with very little effort. If you have pets, this mop is a must! No chemicals, yet every time we mop our home smells fresh and clean and our floors actually feel clean.

It took my wife and I 14 years to discover that this is THE best way to clean natural stone and tile. It works and you don't need any cleaning chemicals/agents. We have almost 2000 sq ft of natural stone. I do recommend buying extra cleaning covers but you can save a lot of money buying them on Amazon, etc. that are not official Bissell ones but are the basically the same.

Excellent device. I use both the brush with no other chemicals but just steam, and yes, you can remove all kinds of dirt, but it is not a swift pass; you need to put some effort. Moping with steam is simple, and you can adapt to the level of steam you need. I used 2.5 gals of distilled water to remove grime and then mop all my first floor ~ 1400 sqft. Smells great and looks like a new house now.

Nice mop. Very light weight. Starts up pretty quickly. Does a great job on our hard tile floors.
