I have always bought Dysons in the past, but I thought I would branch out and try something different. This thing is awesome. I don’t think I will buy another Dyson. They were good, but this is better.

This product is very easy to use and when I’m done, our tile is smooth shiny. The built in scrub brush is what made me decide on this steamer.

Best invesment ever. Floors have never been so clean. So easy that my kids use and. If i would have known that they would be cleaning the house everyday i would have bougt this along time ago

This is really helpful, it cleans very well. Cord wire also is very long and definitely needed for every house!!

I love this steam mop. It has made cleaning my kitchen, bathroom and laminate floors SO much easier! The one thing I would not recommend is using the fragrance disc that comes with the mop. The odor is SO strong, it sent me into a coughing fit. If you have any kind of allergies to perfumes or strong odors, do NOT use this disc! I highly recommend this mop.

Great product my whole house is tile and the grout between the tile was black with years of dirt and grime it took a couple of days couple hours at a time but the results were amazing grout lines are white everything looks like it is new the brush wore out so i called bissell and hey have great customer service i described my problem and they are sending me a new unit.

This is an exceptional product. Last year I made the jump from carpet to whole home porcelain tile. Maintenance is much higher on hard wood, and this is the perfect tool to make the job easy. No chemicals, just steam and some well designed mop heads and the floor looks brand new.

Light weight. Cleans very well. 1st use on clean floor cloth was black! No added chemicals.

I was really getting tired of using a traditional mop leaving streaks behind and not sanitizing the floor. The steam mop is the best floor product I’ve purchased. Depending on how cool your house is (if you have the ac on) it takes a while for it to dry if you don’t have air circulating and it leaves no streaks behind.

Very versatile, extremely easy to use. It cleans much better than the model we replaced it with.

I was skeptical about only using steam and no detergent for cleaning the ceramic tile around my home, but this corded mop really does the job well! I ordered extra mopping pads since my home is large. It is super convenient to be able to just throw the mop pads in the washer and reuse them. I have many pets, so vacuuming first before mopping is recommended. Very efficient product for a reasonable price.

It makes mopping whole lot easier. It’s very light. Only down fall it has an extension cord. Overall easy to use.

Bought this to clean up years of built up grime on grout. It worked perfectly. Would not have been able to clean the grout through the whole house without it. The bristle brush underneath was amazing. Definitely worth the money.

Very happy with my purchase! I use my steam mop every 1-2 weeks on my tile and laminate floors, with no issues. My floors feel very clean and are dry pretty quickly. I honestly thought the scent discs were going to be gimmicky, but I love them! They are effective and smell great! I’ve already recommended it other family and friends.

I mopped regularly, but could never get my floors as clean as this does! I love that it is just a good steam clean-no chemicals. I can tell a huge difference I. The look and feel of my floors. Worked great on tile, grout (brush) and on our original hardwoods (1970’s) using the lighter steam feature. Go with the corded cleaner-the comparable cordless battery holds too short of a charge and the battery is not replaceable.
