We didn’t realize how gross our floors truly were until we use the steam mop. The only downside is it doesn’t any fragrance well and if you don’t take the cleaning pad off right away, it smells awful.

Keep your floors clean

I do wish they included more of the scents. Pretty to easy to use and great for my living room and bathroom etc.

Versatile machine

We moved into a new rental and the quality of the cleaning wasn't up to our standard, so we steam cleaned all the wooden floors. What a difference it has made. Also worked very well on bathroom tiles giving grouting a fresh new look

My only complaint is that it says not to use bleach so the mops heads stay dirty looking after washing them. Other than that, its a great product and does what it says it will do.

I needed an upgrade to get a new feature. this unit has a removable head so you can give a tough bit of grim or food a direct blast of steam. Works great. Only issue I have with both mops is they tend to leave a slight "fog/haze" on the floor.

Beat steam cleaner ever

I researched new steamers and this was one of the top 5 so I had to buy another bissel. The head is much larger and I absolutely love the fact the head comes off so you can steam your grout lines. And they actually come clean!
