This product is very easy to use and when I’m done, our tile is smooth shiny. The built in scrub brush is what made me decide on this steamer.

Very happy with my purchase! I use my steam mop every 1-2 weeks on my tile and laminate floors, with no issues. My floors feel very clean and are dry pretty quickly. I honestly thought the scent discs were going to be gimmicky, but I love them! They are effective and smell great! I’ve already recommended it other family and friends.

Nothing at all like the other reviewers said. The 2 pieces of mop that you attach are white and they become almost black with one swipe and very hard to get them cleaned whether you wash with washing machine or by hand.Not so impressed. As for those who said it cleaned the dark grout in their floor to the point that it became super clean, that is all fake and I don't believe a word. I tried several times over my tiles, and it does nothing just steams. If you try it with the gray and white mop over wood floor, you have to push and push, it does not even glide.. but it is ok on tiles. So no i am not at all impressed.

Works well on vinyl flooring. No issues so far. Very easy and quick to use.

This is really helpful, it cleans very well. Cord wire also is very long and definitely needed for every house!!

This is an exceptional product. Last year I made the jump from carpet to whole home porcelain tile. Maintenance is much higher on hard wood, and this is the perfect tool to make the job easy. No chemicals, just steam and some well designed mop heads and the floor looks brand new.

I was really getting tired of using a traditional mop leaving streaks behind and not sanitizing the floor. The steam mop is the best floor product I’ve purchased. Depending on how cool your house is (if you have the ac on) it takes a while for it to dry if you don’t have air circulating and it leaves no streaks behind.

Extremely handy if you have hard floors of any kind. We moved into a new rental and the quality of the cleaning wasn't up to our standard, so we steam cleaned all the wooden floors. What a difference it has made. Also worked very well on bathroom tiles giving grouting a fresh new look

It makes mopping whole lot easier. It’s very light. Only down fall it has an extension cord. Overall easy to use.

I was skeptical about only using steam and no detergent for cleaning the ceramic tile around my home, but this corded mop really does the job well! I ordered extra mopping pads since my home is large. It is super convenient to be able to just throw the mop pads in the washer and reuse them. I have many pets, so vacuuming first before mopping is recommended. Very efficient product for a reasonable price.

I mopped regularly, but could never get my floors as clean as this does! I love that it is just a good steam clean-no chemicals. I can tell a huge difference I. The look and feel of my floors. Worked great on tile, grout (brush) and on our original hardwoods (1970’s) using the lighter steam feature. Go with the corded cleaner-the comparable cordless battery holds too short of a charge and the battery is not replaceable.

I had a bissel steam cleaner ages ago…like 20 years ago and it finally took a crap. I researched new steamers and this was one of the top 5 so I had to buy another bissel. The head is much larger and I absolutely love the fact the head comes off so you can steam your grout lines. And they actually come clean!

Have owned 9 months. Easy to use and cleans floors fast.
