This is a good mop. It is light weight, easy to use and a fairly long cord.

I needed something to clean my floors of my new apt and this item doesn’t fail. I do wish they included more of the scents. Pretty to easy to use and great for my living room and bathroom etc.

I had the older version, but I dropped it and it hit on the handle and broke. This one is slightly different. I like the older one you can remove the water storage to fill it. This one you have to take a removable cup and fill it up and pour it in. Overall, its almost the same as the previous model and we really like it. It cleans well, and there are discs or fluids you can buy to add scent to your water to make your house smell fresh.

It’s very light and easy to operate.. I would recommend it to a friend. Good price..

I bought the BISSELL - PowerFresh Deluxe Steam Mop to replace the second Shark steam mop that had died on me in a relatively short time. I've been using it for over a year and a half and I couldn't be more pleased with it's performance and durability. I like it so much I purchased one as a thank you for friends in AZ with whom I had visited. Their new home has all tile floors and I knew it would serve them well.

Heats water fast. Large mop head coverage. Easy to clean. Nice long cord.

My wife loves it. Very easy to use and gets tough stains of the ceramic tile we have.

This item works very well. My only complaint is that it says not to use bleach so the mops heads stay dirty looking after washing them. Other than that, its a great product and does what it says it will do.

I hated mopping. I hated the water, the buckets, the scrubbing, the sponge, pulling hairs of the off the sponge.... I love mopping now. Turn this thing on and clean and santitize. It goes so fast too and cleans grout. The toughest dirty grout takes a few times but man, it's so much better than before! Throw the pad in the laundry and call it a day. Changed my life.

This mop is excellent. It works so well for pets and animals. My LVP floors loves this mop the fragrances that come from this mop, smell wonderful and the employees at Best Buy or the best ever if you ever need a good mop by this mop and get it from Best Buy.
