We have been looking for a cleaner for our floor. One that does more than steam, we wanted one that deep cleaned!!! Well, I definitely found it when we bought this one. We were shocked by the amount of dirt that we were leaving behind after mopping!!! Great value!!! Great product!!! If it ever breaks I will buy another one!

Nice long cord and durable pads. Easy to fill water container. Expected hotter steam coming out.

Have only used it a couple of times but it seems to work well and do a good job mopping out tile floors. The pads stretch over the head so they stay nicely secured. Our old one had velcro enclosures that did not hold well. Pleased with this unit.

Nothing at all like the other reviewers said. The 2 pieces of mop that you attach are white and they become almost black with one swipe and very hard to get them cleaned whether you wash with washing machine or by hand.Not so impressed. As for those who said it cleaned the dark grout in their floor to the point that it became super clean, that is all fake and I don't believe a word. I tried several times over my tiles, and it does nothing just steams. If you try it with the gray and white mop over wood floor, you have to push and push, it does not even glide.. but it is ok on tiles. So no i am not at all impressed.

Bought this to replace a Shark. Pros: a little lighter and easier to manipulate. Cons: doesn't have disposable pads like the shark.

What i like about this is, it can clean the floor really good and it has a brush for the grout w/c is what we didn't expect it will come in handy and did a great work on it. Very happy with the purchase. Had a Shark steam mop w/c it was about 2 yrs old and it needs replacement coz the handle broke, so we decided to buy this and very happy with it.

I was worried this would be a waste of money but purchased hoping that it would help with my grout. I am so glad that I did because it does! I wish I would have done a before and after but it is still a work in progress. The mop lifts the dirt and with a toothbrush scub, disappears! Much better, easier, and more sanitary than mopping.

It’s pretty disgusting how well this works. I’m embarrassed by the way the pad looks when we’re done. In our defense, we have 2 dogs, 4 cats, and we foster cute, fluffy, filthy nasty kittens. We especially like how the steam is constant, and we don’t have to press a button like we had to on our old POS steam mop.

Very handy steamer to use. Did a wonderful job and am happy I purchased it, because the swifters do not clean anywhere near as well.
