OMG!!! Best cleaning tool I have!

One that does more than steam, we wanted one that deep cleaned!!! Well, I definitely found it when we bought this one. We were shocked by the amount of dirt that we were leaving behind after mopping!!! Great value!!! Great product!!! If it ever breaks I will buy another one!

Clean and Sanitized

Very happy with the purchase. Had a Shark steam mop w/c it was about 2 yrs old and it needs replacement coz the handle broke, so we decided to buy this and very happy with it.

Great Mop

In our defense, we have 2 dogs, 4 cats, and we foster cute, fluffy, filthy nasty kittens. We especially like how the steam is constant, and we don’t have to press a button like we had to on our old POS steam mop.

Better than others

I have seen better results with this one than with my other BISSELL (Orange model) has the water compartment on side and the brush on the bottom. With this model is pretty easy to fill the tank.

Purchased hoping it would clean grout

I am so glad that I did because it does! I wish I would have done a before and after but it is still a work in progress. The mop lifts the dirt and with a toothbrush scub, disappears! Much better, easier, and more sanitary than mopping.
