Mop works great on tile and wood floors. Easy to use and does the job

Used only once. Worked pretty well. I used the brush mostly to clean the grout. Had to add water multiple time. Seemed to run out of water quickly. I guess if I use it every day or every other day, I would not need to clean the grout as much as I did the first time.

Excellent product words great with dog hair. My rugs haven’t looked better. If you are looking for a great vacuum without the weight this is the one.

I can’t believe that I love this so much! It works amazing! It was a little hard to start it but if you just let it heat up for a few minutes the first time then it will start steaming up!

For a house with a lot of tile flooring this product is exceptional. If keeps the grout free of build up and the hot water really sanitizes the floors well. It’s a must have!

I bought the BISSELL - PowerFresh Deluxe Steam Mop to replace the second Shark steam mop that had died on me in a relatively short time. I've been using it for over a year and a half and I couldn't be more pleased with it's performance and durability. I like it so much I purchased one as a thank you for friends in AZ with whom I had visited. Their new home has all tile floors and I knew it would serve them well.

We have been looking for a cleaner for our floor. One that does more than steam, we wanted one that deep cleaned!!! Well, I definitely found it when we bought this one. We were shocked by the amount of dirt that we were leaving behind after mopping!!! Great value!!! Great product!!! If it ever breaks I will buy another one!

I have a little kid clawing around the house. So when I moved to my new apartment, I worried about how to clean the hard floor. This steam mop helped me. The floor was dirty, so I had to mop it multiple times, but I can see the floor is much better now.

I hated mopping. I hated the water, the buckets, the scrubbing, the sponge, pulling hairs of the off the sponge.... I love mopping now. Turn this thing on and clean and santitize. It goes so fast too and cleans grout. The toughest dirty grout takes a few times but man, it's so much better than before! Throw the pad in the laundry and call it a day. Changed my life.
