Used only once. Worked pretty well. I used the brush mostly to clean the grout. Had to add water multiple time. Seemed to run out of water quickly. I guess if I use it every day or every other day, I would not need to clean the grout as much as I did the first time.

Ok I love this thing. We don't walk in our house with shows and I used a regular mop to mop atleast once a day. I went over it with this steam mop after my regular mop and I was amazed and shocked. Omg the pad wasn't filthy but it was a dirty. And it got the grout in the bathrooms so clean. I used the brush part. I love this thing.

Heats up quick and easy to remove and wash mop head pad. Very pleased!

I have a little kid clawing around the house. So when I moved to my new apartment, I worried about how to clean the hard floor. This steam mop helped me. The floor was dirty, so I had to mop it multiple times, but I can see the floor is much better now.

For the price this is a nice little steam mop. Gets the floors cleaner than regular old mop and bucket and takes a lot less elbow greasy to get up anything sticky or hardened. Floors dry faster as well. The scent disc leaves a pleasant but not overpowering smell. Satisfied with my purchase.

It works great. No fancy features actually. I wanted a steam mop with quick heating and large enough water tank. It is not too big/small for 2 bed APT (bed rooms are carpeted but kitchen/bathroom/living room are all hard floor). Power line is long enough to move around the house without extension.

Makes clean up quick and easy. The mop is very light weight.

This item is easy to use and our wooden floors are looking nice and shiny even with a kiddo and two dogs - glad I purchased it!

At first, I was a little skeptical that the mop was working, but once it really got heated up and going, the mop was able to get my very dirty tile, clean. I live in a 3k sq ft house and with the whole of the first floor, I needed to refill the water tank once. Having three dogs, 4 people, and a very sandy backyard, I have to say I am impressed with how well this mop does the job.

This steam mop is great. This is my 2nd steam mop. My first was the Shark Original S3101. And it’s so much better. No more just looking at the mop pad to see what happened. I can actually look at the floor and tell the difference. It’s much brighter and cleaner looking.

So easy to use. Removes all grease from your floor leaving it odorless and clean.

I used this on my White vinyl kitchen floor. I used the scrub portion often to get hard to remove dirt. I hadn’t seen my floor this clean since 1990. I didn’t use the scent disk because my dog is sensitive to scents. The kitchen smelled clean after. Be sure to add water when you hear knocking sound!! It worked well on my tile floor too.

This is by far one of the best things I have ever purchased. It cleans much better than a traditional mop. It has a handy scrubber for tough messes. Compared to a mop and bucket, it works faster and requires less water and no chemicals. Also, it comes with two washable, reusable pads. I recommend this to everyone.

I can’t believe that I love this so much! It works amazing! It was a little hard to start it but if you just let it heat up for a few minutes the first time then it will start steaming up!
