Needed a new steam mop after my shark suffered a tragic death, and I have found this Bissell to be far more efficient, and easy to use! My cats have been having pee wars due to the arrival of 2 additional cats that I am babysitting long term, and this does a marvelous job of cleaning and disinfecting areas of feline dissatisfaction! Love this steam mop!

Works so smooth, and cleans deep. The light weight of the unit made it easy to slide around the flooring.

For a house with a lot of tile flooring this product is exceptional. If keeps the grout free of build up and the hot water really sanitizes the floors well. It’s a must have!

Bought this open-box on a whim and I could not be happier. I've had it for 2 weeks and use it every other night. I do use fabuloso on the floor (not in the tank) and my floors are so clean! It's definitely a lot cleaner than a mop, and more economical than the Swiffer system.

I adore this steam mop! It’s fantastic when cleaning both tile and hard wood. I love the smelly insert things that make your house smell super good. I also love the no need for extra cleaner. I like that it’s environmentally friendly and it’s only water you need!

Got this to clean our tile and hardwood floors. Does a good job on regular cleaning, but I'm not sure how good it is on tougher stains or discoloration. Even with the extra scrubber those seemed to stay. This has no actual soap, only steam. Which surprised me, but I guess I didn't read enough before purchase. It certainly beats a mop and bucket and I'm happy with it as part of our cleaning arsenal.

I had a Ureka steam mop before and it clogged up and broke. It also left streaks and I hated the fabric mop head it came with. I really like the Bissel. It doesn't leave the floor a wet sloppy mess. Very little streaking and nice long cord. It holds a fair amount of water and I love the thick towel like fabric of the mop head.

This replaces another steam cleaner. Replacement heads for the other cleaner were very expensive and not easy to obtain. This Bissell cleaner works really well as a fill-in for wet mopping, especially when our dogs continue to track in mud from outside. We've washed the mop heads in our washing machine and they clean up quite well. Overall, we're pleased with this purchase.

Decided after years to upgrade and change from the shark steam mop kodel to this steam mop and have not been disappointed, works just as good if not better on the tile and wood floors

I clean the bathrooms in the house and my wife does the floors. She absolutely loves how clean this gets our hardwood floors. We were a little worried with how wet this would leave the wood, but it steams so well that the floors are dry in just two or three minutes. As long as we don't over use it, the hard wood floors should be fine and have never looked so good! Get this, you won't regret it!

I've spent a lot on money on cleaners and this is the best by far and the least expensive.
