It cleans my old tile floors & makes them look almost new.. Easy to use Simple easy instructions I would recommend

Steam and mop, perfect combination for hard surfaces like hard wood, laminate wood or tiles, worked perfectly fine, swivel base, so was able to move in any direction, down side, corded, uses more water, hard to push and pull, still enjoyed for two years and then stopped working, wasn’t making steam no more, thanks to geek squad protection, was able to return it, and bought different model.

I have always bought Dysons in the past, but I thought I would branch out and try something different. This thing is awesome. I don’t think I will buy another Dyson. They were good, but this is better.

For a house with a lot of tile flooring this product is exceptional. If keeps the grout free of build up and the hot water really sanitizes the floors well. It’s a must have!

Purchased replacing a Shark Steam Mop that stopped working. Not disappointed. Just put in new floors, this thing really cleans. After first use walked on floors in white socks, NO DIRT!. The angle of the cleaner gets up close to walls and in corners. CON cannot take off water holder. I fill twice. Pads clean well, the more Steam used, the wetter the pad.

Was surprised at how well this works. My floors actually felt cleaner than using a mop and I was able to use the scrubby on my stove. Funk that wouldn’t come off for years just slowly melted away. Amazing. Buying the other model for my mom. Ps reaches behind my toilet, huge bonus for me.

Bought this steam mop for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I noticed how shiny her floors were and she told me she had just used her new steam mop. She said she absolutely loves it! Said it was very easy to use, no mess and floors dry very quickly.

Decided after years to upgrade and change from the shark steam mop kodel to this steam mop and have not been disappointed, works just as good if not better on the tile and wood floors

I love this steam mop works great, have no issues and had it for more than a year. I originally bought this during COVID era, and we use this multiple times a day if needed. Would recommend!

I’ve only had this steam mop for about a month. But I think it’s been great so far. It cleans really well and I really like the brush part to get into the grout and clean that really well. So far so good, I recommend it!

I recently purchased this in hopes that it would do a better job than the standard mop I have. Well the standard mop is now in the trash. Only reason I haven't done more rooms in the house yet is because I need more pads. I don't know if this works miracles but it picks up what the mop just pushed around.
