I’ve always been told to use clear glass cleaner & cloth towel to clean wood floors. This is not only easier, but the floors are also cleaner! Same with tile.

Cleans well easy to use, great for deep cleanings!

This works quite well on our tile floors. It replaced a Shark steam mop that sounded like one of Artie's inventions on Wild Wild West in the sixties. It is a steamer, so the mop head does get wet/water logged by the time we are done. It is to be expected

I love this steamer so do my daughter i bought this one for her as a Christmas gift too. The price is awesome and it's wirth everything that it does

I am normally a SHARK only fan.. but decided to try this. I'm wicked happy so far. I'm highly impressed with how hot it gets and how well it cleans the floors. It's a bit larger then the shark so it covers more ground.

The mop works well. It gets rid of tough stains on my kitchen floor and you can see the steam rising so you know you are disinfecting the floor well. I love how i don't have to continue buying disposable pads instead i just wash the two pads it comes with once they are used.

We were looking for a better way to maintain our floors. We were thinking about a competitor’s product, but we’ve had great luck with Bessel products. It is everything we wanted. Our tile floors look like new after the first cleaning. It is idea for hard surfaces, especially tile and laminate floors. Incredible, and no cleaning chemicals needed!

This is the first steam mop I've purchased, i wish I had bought it sooner. My floors have never been so clean. I love that it detaches to clean the grout you do need to be careful not to burn yourself and sometimes it gets stuck(only reason I'm not giving 5 stars). I just use tap water one fill up cleans about 700-800sq feet. Would recommend buying additional pads as well.

An easy and chemical free clean of our floors. Can also be used as a hand scrubber as well. Great value IMHO.

It seems to work well! My husband used it for the first time after purchase & seemed to think it did an adequate job of cleaning ceramic tile with just the steam.

My wife loves to use this cleaner. It is lightweight and effective

What can you really say about a steam cleaner other than it absolutely works. This will clean far better than any standard wet mop. If you haven't been using a steam mop up till now you will notice a lot of extra grim coming up, Especially in older hardwoods. Great value in this product and easy to use

Really does work, always hated moping and even having to get down on my knees for a particularly bad floor stain, this eliminates it with its steam action and conventionally located scrubbing brush. Just wish a second tough cleaning mophead was included in the box instead of my having to go to Amazon to immediately buying additional mopheads.

Easy to use and works well cleaning tile floor. Cleaned grout really well too.

It does a very nice job clean steaming my floors...my daughter has used it too! Recommend it!

I can’t actually comment on this, but I take it that it does work. Bought it for my daughter because she has hardwood floors. Haven’t heard her complain yet. Do buy the solution that goes with it. It does work.

This is our second, or third if you count the one that was hijacked by a relative because they like ours so much. We love ours for keeping our tiled floors clean and fresh. The only reason that we purchased this most recent one is that a part broke after more than four years of service and significant use.

I love this thing. It's lasted way longer than I expected it to, given the fair price. I purchased extra pads so that I can swap them out back to back without having to stop mopping my whole condo. The steam function makes it so easy to get a clean floor without chemicals or extra fuss.
