My only complaint would be that the scrubbing brush part could be a little more robust. It already seems to be losing stiffness/getting splayed out after only a couple of weeks. I can't imagine the bristles staying intact long - will need to supplement the steam cleaner with a regular scrub brush eventually to get the grout and hard to clean spots.

Game changer for tile floors

Always was using so much elbow grease with the swiffer and wasting pads and swiffer fluid. Now just gently steam off the gunk. Only issue is floor is a little damp and slippery for a short time.

The water in the tank gets very hot and does a good job of cleaning the floors without harmful chemicals. It does not deep clean grout, but otherwise is a big help with cleaning tile floors with very little effort.

Needless to say I was sick of always swiffering and mopping. This steamer has done a great job of easily cleaning up muddy footprints and spills.
