Works well. The brush will clean grout but looks like it qont hold up over time. If needing to clean grout, buy a seperate grout brush. The steam gets super hit and helps break up the grine. Overall this is a great product that works as intended.

We love our Bissell steam mop. It broke after approximately 3 months. Bissell sent a replacement that arrived within a week or so. Bissell was easy to work with. It just stopped working. It does a great job at cleaning without using detergents or soap. We use it everywhere. I especially like how well it cleans grout.

It does a very nice job clean steaming my floors...my daughter has used it too! Recommend it!

This has literally saved my life. I have hardwood floors throughout my house plus a dog and the swifter just wasn’t doing it. I couldn’t fathom spending $300 plus for a wet vac but this does a beautiful job of cleaning floors quickly

Fell in love with this product the moment I in-boxed it. It makes mopping our linoleum floors very quick and easy. The different steam settings make it able to handle any tough mess. Another perk is the washable cleaning pads and the included scented disks.

Works as intended, and is easy to set up and use. If i had a bigger home i’d recommend a stronger one. This is perfect for a small Apartment.

I have a dog and cat. I also watch other dogs in my house. Needless to say I was sick of always swiffering and mopping. This steamer has done a great job of easily cleaning up muddy footprints and spills.

The Bissell is so much easier to use than my previous steamer. Bissell includes 2 mop heads which is very helpful for floors that really need a good cleaning. The steamer moves around with ease, even my 12 year old Grandson enjoyed using it. Works like a charm !

I love this mop. The scent pads that came with last very long. I've mopped my floor about 15 times before the scent started to ware. The steam works wonders on accidents- as I have a special needs pup and a very young niece that visits often, I needed something that really cleaned and sanitized when he had accidents.

I have been enjoying cleaninh my floors, and shower with this steam mop. I LOVE that I don't have to use anything other than water to use it. Floors feel so clean.

Easy assembly, works great. Like the water fill container. Only drawback is it does take some time for the unit to warm up the water, but once it's steam ready, cleaning is a breeze. Bought this for my daughter in law, who has new baby. Will sanitize/clean her tile floors and bathrooms for future crawling grandson. Used it while visiting. Will be purchasing one for myself shortly.

This product is just what we needed to get that deep cleaning done. Tried other more expensive steam cleaners and they could not even compare to what this could do.

I had no idea how easy or thoroughly this would be. It heats almost immediately. It's so convenient I grab for it every time the dogs come in leaving muddy tracks rather getting down on m y hands and knees. It is easy to store and the cloth I through in the washer.

We have floors that get really dirty with two young kids and two dogs. A swifer or bona wasn’t doing the job. This steam mop cleans the floor great. Just took a while to realize slow mopping is the best strategy. Fast movements doesn’t really get it clean. I like that I can detach for heavy spots that need scrubbing.

This steamer works great! I usually clean my floors with a swiffer then go over it with my steamer. Replacement pads are inexpensive. The scent booster isn’t too strong so it’s not overpowering.

Probably one of the “Best Buy’s”..... lol.. literally, that I’ve ever bought! No kidding, I’m so happy with this steam mop, I wish I had bought one years ago! So much easier on my back than the regular mop! I love it ! Highly Recommend!!!
