Excellent product, works well on my tile floors. I have a dog and it also picks up the hair well too.

This cleaner makes floor cleanup quick and easy. I can use it daily if needed. The mop cover can be thrown in washer or if not too dirty I wash it out by hand and hang it up to dry. Directions say not to put it into dryer.

I bought one last year so I recommend my bother to use it

I suppose it does what its supposed to, takes touch spots up with alot of steam and the scrub brush. I made the mistake of using it on my real hardwood floors tho, and made them really clean, but extremely dull, I think it took the coating we put down off.. that was my bad. Lol

Seems good, just not sure how the floor gets so clean when your using the same dirty mop head the whole time.

we have porcelain tile. and dogs. this product steam cleans tile, the grout and leaves your floor feeling fresh and clean. fill it with water and you're ready to go!

Great! Does what I need it to do. Comes with 2 covers and it heats up quickly.

I have never owned one ..... but I had just moved and it was recommended I get a steam mop the previous tenants must not have been very clean because my steam mop got sooooooooo much dirt up it was crazy. either that or they don’t clean like me Lmao

This is a pretty good steam mop, especially when you need to quickly clean up a spill or muddy tracks. No steam mop really gets the floor as clean as a regular mopping with soap and water though, I do use this a lot with my dogs running in and out in bad weather.

We have porcelain tile and ceramic tile floors. The steam cleaner does a great job of cleaning the floors and the grout between the tiles. I do find that after cleaning the porcelain with the steam cleaner I then use the Shaw floor cleaner with a swiffer and it adds a richer finish to the porcelain.

It’s better than I expected, my floors have never been this clean and it’s very easy to use too.

Nice steam mop gets your floors nice and clean and the scent discs are nice.

This mop works as expected very well. So far so good.

Works better than the traditional mop and bucket without the need for chemicals. Cleanest our floor has been in years. If I had to make one improvement it would be to make the water tank detachable instead of a filling cup the falls off the handle all the time.

Have only used once and found to be extremely good- the steam cleaning was extremely effective, and I liked the swivel head- nice touch. Went through the water rather quickly but not an issue. Overall great product!! Also nice to have is a cord that is actually a reasonable working length.

A great hard floor steamer. It does a good job cleaning the kitchen tile floor, bathroom floors & our laundry room/catch area floor. I spray the floors with the suggested floor sanitizer/cleaner, let set, then steam clean.

This is my second steam mop. I like the design better with this one. The water reservoir refill is at the top and not side. Makes it much easier to refill. I have about 1800 sq. Ft. of tile and hardwood flooring in my house so this is a must!

This floor steamer is amazing. It leaves my floor clean and streak free. The only complaint is the floor pad gets stained really quickly. I've used my steamer maybe 10 times and the floor pad is already dingy looking (and I wash it after every use). Overall, great! Highly reccomend!

I ordered this steamer online. Package came intact with all accessories. It works great. Cleans the floor well. I haven't had to scrub anything to get it to come up off floor. The steamer removes all the spots. I have only used it on ceramic tile so far. Highly recommend.

Love the product. Easy to use. Leaves some streaks on our laminate.
