It’s good I like it very good at cleaning hard stain on tile floor not so good at whitening floors

I wish I purchased one of these years ago. I never new how clean my grout and tile can get. The detachable scrubbing brush feature is amazing and I love how the mop is machine washable.

Cleans perfectly! The Spot boost brush is an awesome extra feature, especially for families with littles ones! I was worried this wouldn't compare to the Shark I had previously but I actually like this steam mop better!

Light and easy to use, leaves a quick drying clean surface after use. No wringing after a mop or pushing a water bucket around. No soap needs to be applied as the steam will do the job

Love this! Cleans my laminate floors & tile great. Love knowing that my floors are clean for my crawling baby. Also love the scented dermineralized water they recommend to use the scent is amazing & not too strong.

I got this steam mop for me. I was looking a mop for a long time but couldn’t decide. After using this one I feel like I got the right one. Now my kitchen floor looks so clean bright. I will recommend this mop to others.

After my first use I was amazed at how dirty my floors were. I used wet wipes previously which picked up dirt and seemed to do a good job. After using these you'll see how much stuck on grime there actually is.

Getting the job done with little to no effort amd getting better than expected results. Surprise the hard to reach areas, like corner and overhang, it swivels,. bends and turns with ease! WOW! I am glad I looked a little harder to make mopping a pleasure.

We have tile in all of the bathrooms. Our old Bissell steam mop had a water container that detached and we had to have a replacement because it cracked easily. This model has it built into the unit so one less part to replace. We also love that you can detach the mop head and it has a scrubber built in versus the old model which had a 3" scrubber to pushed down to scrub small areas.

This steam mop is a life saver! It’s a must if you have stuck on grout . My floors look almost new! The only thing I’d change is the mop portion . Sometimes I feel like it’s not steaming enough, but I’ve touched it and it’s super hot. Other than that it’s perfect for the price!

I have have been using this for over a year now, it is the best mop ever. We have 2 large dogs, 1 medium dog and 2 small dogs that dirties our hardwood floors everyday - especially living out here in the country. And after using this steam mop which takes no time at all, makes our floors spotless and provides a fresh scent. Prior to buying this I cleaned our floors with a bucket, washcloth and scrubbed the floors by hand which would take me over an hour just to do the kitchen/dining room. Now it’s a 10-15 min task and the floors are clean and shiny (no film - like what it left when I would scrub it by hand). What a blessing this steamer mop has been! Great buy!!

LOVE this Bissell Steamer! Very light weight & I love how you could steam the grout instantly and dirty comes out quick.

Great build quality and easy to use. Has really cut down on our mopping time compared to a normal mop and bucket. Also helps to keep the residue down because of much less soap if any at all.

WOW this steam mop is amazing. Glides easily over my tile floors & I love not having to empty filthy water from a traditional mop. I had a 1st generation steam mop from another company & the difference between the two is remarkable.

Great steam mop and I love that it comes with little circle fragrance disks that make the floor smell wonderful. Starts up slow but once it gets going it produces a good amount of steam.
