I love it! U have dark hardwood floors and tile and it gets it so clean. Just remeber to keep your bissell working follow directions and buy distilled water.

This machine performs as stated. It is very easy and convenient to use with nice features. One improvement I would like to see is for the handle to lock more firmly in the upright position.

My wife and I like the results better than those attained using a Swiffer. The more we use this machine, the more the grout is returning to its original color. The Swiffer could not do that.

appreciative of small efficient equipment like this steam mop which is easy to use and cleans my stile & food floors really well. Like the fresh smell disk (mindful to attach it well so it doesn't slip out from tray). Otherwise good product. Easy storage on closet door.

Love this product. After sweeping my tile floors, I use the steamer mop to ensure the floors are really clean. I use distilled water. No chemicals. My tile floors are shiny and look like the day I purchased my home. Great product!

Works great! What couldn’t be removed with the mopping pad was removed with the brush attachment. Was Concerned when I saw water droplets in the water tank when it was bought brand new but used it anyway as it was inconvenient to return. No problems so far.

It's a good steamer and gets the job done. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the steamer throws out a little more water than I would like. I had a different steamer before this one and I was perfect but it gave out after a few years. I was hoping to like this steamer just as much but at least it gets the job done.

I'm highly impressed with this steamer. I was going to go with the battery operated model, but since that wasn't a steamer and just a floor cleaner, I went with this one instead. I'm glad I did. I used this last week on my bathroom tile floors and they have never been cleaner. I had a Shark before, but my ex took that in the divorce (we are still very good friends and I insisted she take whatever she needed). I love the fresh scent pads, as they are not too overwhelming and just give a subtle hint of cleanliness. The steamer heats up pretty quickly. I just plugged it in 5 minutes before cleaning the floors, and let it warm up while I was cleaning other areas. A great, cost-effective steamer!

I moved into a new apartment and purchased this to clean the tile floors. WOW! It easily lifted all the dirt from the tile. It works really well in the bathroom around the toilet and in the tub.

Our use for this unit was on a dark wood hard wood floor. We also have the Bissell power mop, but wanted something quick to clean up if you have a little messy floor from cooking or whatever. Generally, it did a good job of smearing whatever was on the floor around (and I am talking maybe some tiny drops from cooking...sauce, broth, whatever splattered). Once a little something got on the cloth, well now you had streaky smears all over the dark wood which prompted me to pull out the power mop and go over it again. The "scented disk" is purely a gimmick, plug in an air freshener or use a spray and get the same effect. It is very well built and easy to use, but the desired effect isn't what we wanted.

This thing does a great job of steam cleaning my laminate floors! My floors looked great after one use!

Forget the $300+ models! This one beats them hands down as you actually have bristles that will go in the grout. Best purchase I have made in years!
