It is great steamer mop. Keep in mind it does not pick spills. We like it. But you also have to use vaccum or duster to pick up debris removed by steamer. It is not all.

Heats up quickly, cleans up old tile in our basement with embedded dirt from years ago. Took a little back and forth action to do it. Cleaned our kitchen and bathroom floors well and also anywhere I tried it on our hardwood floors.

We absolutely love this steam mop and use it often with our child and dog. It works great to get smell, stain, and odors while not using harsh chemicals on the floor.

excellent product. very easy to use and steering is amazing. it can reach to all gaps between furniture. very quick. produces real sufficiently hot steam. cleaning the cloth is also easy. overall very satisfying product.

The Bissell works very well, I did not receive all the items that were supposed to come with the steam cleaner, but a quick call to the company, was all That had to be done, to get the missing items.

Clean the floor amazingly. Never saw my floor shine so much after cleaning with this. Better then using the old school way of a mop and bucket.

Works great on our kitchen and bathroom tile floors. Floors feel very clean after the steam works on it! and just take off the pad and throw it in the washer.

I have had a steam cleaner in the past and this one blows it away. The scrub feature is amazing! My tile and grout look brand new!--Fantastic product----don't hesitate a minute!

This thing works wonders on hard floors. You should definitely try it!

Dont be fooled into thinking this little guy cant do the job and is like the rest of them It does its job and wife loves it. It saved us time bending done and scrubbing the floor.

The steam mop pad cleans porcelain tile beautifully. I can remove the mop pad and use the spot brush to scrub the grout, something my swiffer wetjet had no chance of cleaning. This product is definitely an upgrade!

Works great on hard surfaces. Our entire lower level is tile and it does a fantastic job. Only complaint is the scented disk are hard to find without buying the pads. But found you can order them through the company directly.

We really love this steamer. It is great because the pads on it can be cleaned. Really nice not to have to keep buying disposable pads. It has a really long cord and the nicest part is having a cup specifically made to fill the water tank.
