Works great. Replaced my old Shark steam mop. Very happy with the swap.

This is a great steam cleaner. I love that you can use a fresh tablet snd the house smells awesome when cleaning. This is my second steam cleaner, my last one lasted for 5 years.

It's incredible the dirt it lifts from the tile grout. I never got great result with the shark. It does require patience while you scrub through each tile but it is well worth it. But you see the dirt lift off in a matter of seconds!

This is my second Bissell mop I can’t live without it. My previous one lasted for about five years the new one has a really long extension cord which is fabulous and I feel like my floors are clean.

My old steam mop died, so I researched and decided on this one. I am so glad I did. I works great. And the fact that you can remove the mop and scrub grout or hard to remove stains with the scrub brush attachment is a real plus!

Never had a steam mop before but boy do I love it. Gets really hot so I feel good about the cleaning power. I just spray some cleaner down before I mop (because you can't use cleaner in the water tank) and it works great! I would highly recommend.

I’ve never knew how bad my floors were until I got This. They are a different color... clean. And my grout. Holy Moly! They are no longer black. They are the original color. Highly recommend this!!

The steam works well and you can really see the amount of steam coming out, and the scent disk make your floor and the room smell good!

I needed an easy to use steam mop, and with all the reviews I read, I knew this would be the winner and it was! Such a great cleaning tool that will get lots of use throughout my whole house.

I have laminate floors and this does a great job on them. Good on tough spots, too. Heats up fast, but beware - it has to be plugged in to a dedicated outlet or you will blow a fuse.

I have had this steam mop for 5 months and I love it. I love how quickly it heats up the tank holds enough water to clean both my kitchen and two bathrooms on the light setting. I am very pleased.

This is the best steam mop I have ever owned. I have three dogs and a toddler and my floors take a beating. This cleans my hardwoods without leaving water to damage them and without leaving a film on them like traditional cleaners did.

It steams up fairly quickly. Takes off the tough stains a regular mop wont. No chemicals needed!
