Love it. Cleans my white tile floors very well. Mops are grey after using the steamer. Glad I ordered extra ones.

Easy to understand directions make for an easy setup. The steam options coupled with the 2 different floor pads make it easy to use on different floor surfaces. The scent pad is a nice touch.

My other Bissell lasted four years. This one produces more steam than the older one of the same model. I bought another one for upstairs!

I have only used it once, but the tools are all there in one stick appliance.

Does exactly what I bought if for. The Spotboost brush works well, and can take some abuse. Very handy for cleaning grout, about as clean as you can get it without being on all fours with a toothbrush.

It's seem to be a good item so far I need some time to see how well it works

Honestly don't know why I didn't think of buying one sooner. Super easy to do, and it is such a better clean than using wet mop pads or even a mop. Dries up almost instantly too !

I had the Shark long time ago, and it did not last too long. This one is better made, better quality, And easier to use, and the cost the same (or almost the same). I wish they make one cordless.

This steam mop is the best thing i have ever bought. The cloth mop cleans the floor pretty well without leaving any residue. I would highly recomend this product.

Scrubber works great on grout and cloth captures all dirt. Only down side is make sure you wash the cloth after each use or it will start to give a bad stench.

This steam cleaner works very well at cleaning my laminate floors, but unless the proper technique is used, the floors will be very wet. I found that by pulling backwards, then slowly forward over the same path is best. The forward motion will steam dry the floor.

Love this steamer. We recently remodeled our entire home to tile. This steam mop assures me that the floors are clean. I especially like the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. No hidden dirt.

Great steam mop for stone floors. We use this in our kitchen and it really takes out the stuck on crud with easy. It even has a little scrubber built in.

Wife wanted a better way to clean tile floors rather than using our Swifer. She wanted something fairly small and light weight. Research was strong on the Bissell hard floor cleaner. She saw it and liked it so we used points to buy it.
