We really like this mop we have that laminate wood looking flooring that's water proof but this cleans it well. I just dont like leaving on the floor when done because it takes a while to cool off

Have been researching and waiting for a steamer mop versus good old mop, Lysol, and elbow grease. All I can say is it is worth every penny and wish I would have purchased it sooner. My lower floor is all tile and upstairs bathrooms. Can clean entire house off 2 fill ups. Grout cleaner is amazing, forgot I had white grout. 2 kids, a German Shepherd, and a cat leaves lots of stuck on messes. Not anymore!! Happy with purchase!! Would not buy scented disk. Could not even smell the 2 included samples.

Not much to say other than you get what you pay for in a Bissell - excellence. Works as it should as simple as can be! Used it to clean our wood floors and bathroom tiles.

Love! This makes mopping so easy! You don’t have to wait for the floor to dry, and the scrubbing steam feature works great on hard areas and for that bathroom!

I tried the BISSELL - PowerFresh Deluxe Steam Mop Hard Floor Cleaner and became addicted to using it, I have 3 dogs. Sometimes they make a mess, this steamer cleans up the messes so easily and quickly.

Great for really deep cleaning floors. I cleaned my floor with a wetjet and came right back over it with my steam cleaner snd I was amazed at how much dirt came up. I will never use anything else

I loved how clean everything gets and the smell is amazing but i dont like the little disc that came with it (the smell is too flowery and overpowering)

I have porcelain tiles with shallow ridges in my kitchen that were a pain to wash. This cleans into the ridges and does it without scrubbing. It's easy to use and store.

Great little steamer that gets to job done, the “super steamer” mode when you disconnect from the base works wonders on tougher messes.

Heats up quickly, love the two heat setting. The scent insert smells clean and is not overwhelming. The cord is long enough to clean a 250 sq ft kitchen.

Best way to get your floors cleaned with little effort! Throwing that Wet Jet away which left a film on the floors. Love this product!

I hate the tiles in my home. They are slightly textured so when using a regular mop I couldn't get it completely clean. I was skeptical at first, but gave it a try. Floor was left shinny and clean. You get the option to clean grout with the brush.
