This steam mop works great. I definitely like the ability to use the scrubber to scrub the grout where needed.

My shark kept breaking issues with the steam after 4 years. Decided to try something new and I am very pleased. This mop is great easy to use and refill. love the cup that attaches to the mop.

Good Purchase. It Works well and gets the job done

Definitely a Bast Buy. the item does what it purports to do. It will clean your floor with steam. They company, Bissel gives you two sort of maps for each machine. they do pick up all the dirt, but what the company does not tell you is that 1). you should vacuum first, and 2). you must clean the mop afterwards and it does take some doing. Since Bissel gives you two mops (this is what I call them but they are really pads) they are assuming that you will was one and let it dry and then put the second one on the bottom of the mom for its next use. overall it does do what I wanted to to do and probably dills some germs while cleaning. Oh, and the price is right.

The vacuum is super amazing and easy to use. I don’t regret purchasing this product at all.

I loved using this steam mop! My floors felt really clean and it was so easy to put together and use.

Good for the price. I would have preferred something that was a little tougher on dirt but it’s decent for the price.

I needed something powerful to clean up after my grandchildren and their sticky hands have left my home. This did the job, very nicely.

I have tile like synthetic floors that do not show dirt. This is good except I have lots of animals. When I use this the floor looks so good and it gets up everything I can't see.

I just put in new porcelain floors and this is my new favorite way to keep them clean. It's quick and easy. I love it.

I used to just mop my tile floors, but now with the PowerFresh Steam Mop, I steam them. They come out cleaner and brighter than before. I use distilled water to prevent build-up in the machine itself. The "scented discs" are pointless, but they can provide a nice smell after you clean. Overall, it's nice that both pads are washable (I recommend OxyClean to get all the dirt out). Overall, a recommended purchase and way better than just using a Swiffer or regular mop. Feels like a pretty good value too.

This steam mop works wonders. I was able to clean paint stains off my floor. In addition my tile and laminate floors never looked so clean. I love this product!

Performed better than I expected. Used it on tile floor with scrubber attachment and it even made the grout look new. It even took the cloudy film buildup off my hard wood floors and made them shine again

I've been wanting one of these for quite a while now and finally settled on this one. I'm glad I did. It works wonderfully and is so easy to use.

I switched to this from using a normal mop and a swifter wet jet. This cleaned my floors at a whole different level, and the scent pods are awesome. Love it!

This steam mop is easy to use and doesn't leak. It cleans well and the pads are easy to use and wash. Much better than our last steam mop.
