I have RA and mopping was very hard on me physically. The steam mop has made if possible for me to easily clean my floor and helped me to be more independent.

My absolute fav cleaning device! Makes all the difference in the world! Highly recommend this steam mop for pristine clean floors! (I use it on my hardwood floors and tile floors!)

i have bought several steamers for my floors and this one is the best one. It is very light, quiet and is ready is less than a minute. My floors are clean with no harsh chemicals.

I didn’t give 5 stars because of the price. But this steam mop is really easy to use. I bought it when had to move from my apartment and I cleaned the bathroom tile. Leave it like new and didn’t use bleach. Has a scrubber attached.

While this steamer does not have an option for hand held attachments, it cleans our bathroom and kitchen floors beautifully with no streaking!!!

Bought this item as the Shark was out of stock and uinavailable during holidays. Will have to say that for a lower price than the Shark - it does a very similar and well performing job! I like the fact that I can put in those little smelling pods to make the house smell a little better! Will note - the scent is VERY overpowering and wouldn't recommend for a small apartment/condo. I have a house and even for me and my SO, the scent was still a little strong!

This was our first time using a Steam Mop. It’s great to use and does the job. Good for cleaning Tile floors. Removable Brush is hard to put back though. Cord could have been a tad bit longer.

if you're concerned about harmful stuff in the air being left by vacuums, a steam mop is terrific for cleaning. This one is the best one I've used, and the battery life is excellent.

Got this for Father’s Day. It does a great job cleaning tile and grout. I wished it would have came with more pads though. Other than that, no complaints.

Purchased to replace a Shark that died. Was easy to assemble. Found this mop easier to use ( no pumping handle ) just fill & push a button. Only 4 stars cause of unknown longevity & reliability. Was named as one of the best when I researched online.

Really like the steam cleaner. Easy to put together & use. I only wish you could fill the water holder like the older model. Long cord- reaches a long way.

Use and setup are a breeze! It's so much easier than mopping or cleaning the floor with a rag.

I really liked the ease with which I could use this mop. It's a great hot mop for sanitizing but if you have stains on hard surfaces, it's going to need some elbow grease and additional product.

Love how the steam gets rid of stuck on messes. Wish I could use a cleaning solution to make house smell good. The disc used dint really give off a smell. Other than that my floors are clean and is very easy to use.
