This product works 100 prrcent satisfaction, i just transferred to my boyfriends place and its quite old his house and i start cleaning the floor and its has an awesome result.

It’s really great, but it noticeably used when i received it. I paid full price, so it’s not right. A discount should have been offered. Reading other reviews, others had the same issue. Why are products are being sent to customers used, without knowledge. When i reached out to customer service I was told to go in for a replacement.. it defeats the purpose of ordering online and having it delivered when a Best Buy isn’t close by my home.

Bought this for use on our concrete floors. It works like it should. It’s nice to be able to just toss the mop pad in the wash!

Easy to use and gets the job done! The steam gets really hot! Be careful not to touch the bottom.

Works pretty good, the only con is sometimes it seems to leave a residue on the floor. My biggest downside is the cord isn’t long enough but definitely cleans well!

It leaves faint lines but other than that it is great and gets the floor really clean.

Works as described. I have a dog and love cleaning the floors with zero chemicals.

My old one broke and I couldn’t find exactly what I used to have but this one it’s similar and it does the work.

Item works much better than most of the other steam cleaners I have used thus far. It also works quiet well on the wall if your children have drawn on it. The only thing that would make it better, is more tops to change out more frequently.

This is a great steam mop. No more buckets and having to wring out mop heads. I like that it disinfects. The cord is long and I can mop two rooms without unplugging it.
