Upgraded to this from a shark steam mop and this is much much better and effective. I have wood look tile throughout my home and this makes cleaning a breeze.

Easy to use and gets the job done! The steam gets really hot! Be careful not to touch the bottom.

Bought this Bissell steam mop when a cheaper version died. This gets the job done on our wood floors and ceramic tile without breaking the bank.

My old one broke and I couldn’t find exactly what I used to have but this one it’s similar and it does the work.

It’s really great, but it noticeably used when i received it. I paid full price, so it’s not right. A discount should have been offered. Reading other reviews, others had the same issue. Why are products are being sent to customers used, without knowledge. When i reached out to customer service I was told to go in for a replacement.. it defeats the purpose of ordering online and having it delivered when a Best Buy isn’t close by my home.

I have never used a steam mop, but I recently put up new tiles on my apt and decided to invest in one to see if it was as good as people say it was. I now think that my floor is never completely clean until I use the steam mop to clean it. The only complaint keeping me from a 5-star review is that it is a little heavy and somehow I though it would glide easily over the tiles and it does not. It takes a bit of an effort to make move it all over the floor. But it does its job well. I use it everywhere including the bathroom, and specially the kitchen area.

Will add a follow-up review after using for a while. Good price with free shipping and quick delivery. Good communication from Best Buy.

Bought it few months back. Works smoothly and does a decent job of cleaning the floor. Comes with an extra cleaning/steaming cloth. If the floor is extra dirty it's becomes difficult to clean the steaming cloth :)

Bought this steam mop to clean up after our dogs on dark hard wood floors. Great buy for $100. Highly recommend it.

Thought my wood floors were fairly clean till I used this steam mop. So easy and couldn't believe the dirt it picked up.

I did a lot of research before choosing this unit. Works great. The scrubber tip is great for doing base boards, just wipe them down with a towel. Heats up really fast.

My disabled mom really likes this mop because it’s so light and so easy to maneuver even up or down stairs. I got it on sale and totally worth it!
