Was using swiffer for the hardwood floors, but would leave cloudy film. Used the steamer and what a difference. The floors where shining like they did when first installed.

We replaced an older Shark model with this new Bissell. Our cleaning lady likes it better. Easier to use, holds more water and does a better job of cleaning our concrete floor.

It leaves faint lines but other than that it is great and gets the floor really clean.

This steam mop provides a great option for cleaning a solid surface. I found that disconnecting the base allows you to scrub any hard spots or grout lines.

I was surprised at how much dirt this picked up even after the 3rd time in one day. It's hard to get the mop cover clean, buy some extras. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought this for my wife and the kids like using it more. But with my wife being injured it is a little tough for her to move across the hardwood floors otherwise it still works great and is easy to use

Cleans great/ I just recommend you buy extra heads so you don’t have to stop cleaning to rinse the pad

Using this steam mop is so much easier than the old mop and bucket method. The weight is also fairly light, making it easier to use and move around the house.

I've owned several other steamer mops and this one surpasses them. It produces a great deal of steam, cleans well without any chemicals and leaves the floor almost dry.

I felt like my floor is so clean and disinfected. The scent pod helps too. But I’m going to try this natural oil to save on costs. Other than that... great!

I purchased the mop approximately a month ago. I’ve used it approximately 3 times. I’m so surprised how dirty my floors actually were. The mop steams well. 1 mop head was enough for me to do the kitchen, dining room, entrance way and 2 bathrooms. I only use distilled water and make sure to drain it after every use. I will go back and order the 2 year protection plan as I’ve read that some of the mops fail after 1 year. Definitely worth the money.

Just steamed my floors and they look and feel so amazing. What a great investment. I would recommend over and over again.
