Great so far

I’m so surprised how dirty my floors actually were. The mop steams well. 1 mop head was enough for me to do the kitchen, dining room, entrance way and 2 bathrooms. I only use distilled water and make sure to drain it after every use. I will go back and order the 2 year protection plan as I’ve read that some of the mops fail after 1 year. Definitely worth the money.

Nice Easy to Use Device

It's simple, easy to use and works great. I just wish they had a cordless option. This is the 2nd one we've bought and love it
