I bought the protection plan on this every time. It works great when it's working right cleans steams the floor really well. However, by the 3rd or 4th time using it starts leaking at the part where it detaches from the mop head, and I've never even detached it the 2nd time I exchanged this.

Works fine as a steam mop but does leave some streaks on tile floors. It is not easy glide but does angle well. The grout tool is not as effective as I saw in reviews. Overall satisfied as efficient but not as well as anticipated.

Replaced my broken Shark steam mop

I like it ok but you could never really scrub the floor very well. like it didn't get close enough. But this steam mop scrubs great. It also has a small hard scrub brush to use for stubborn spots. I'm glad I bought this. Way better than the Shark steam mop.

My home is 2100 square feet 1 story, lots of floor. So I vacuum first, then use my push dust mop and then my Bissell PowerFresh steam mop. I have ceramic tile throught out. I also purchased Bissell water for the steam mop and will never use anything else. Love the mop and love my floors. Leaves a clean fresh smell. The water is scented.
