A Very Nice Cleaning Tool

I bought it to replace an earlier model which finally died after many years of faithful service. The new mop is a better and more powerful design and does its job well. I took off one star however because of a marketing ploy that I find quite distasteful. The mop pads from my older model will not fit on the newer one and I can see absolutely no reason why other than Bissell's desire to sell new mop pads.

Want my BISSELL steam mop!

We have had BISSELL before the shark and it was very reliable and lasted for quite a few years!
