It keeps all my floors looking great and feeling clean when I walk barefoot in my home! I will never purchased any other brand of steam mops

Squeaky Clean and Lint Free.

I can walk barefoot in the house all day and my socks are still clean on the bottom. I would give it 5 stars but, it was a lot pricier than my Shark mop that did the job almost as good as my new Bissell. Plus, I think this one is a little more clunky to maneuver around furniture.

First one only steamed for a minute then a crack appeared. Second one works good. Only one bolt to assemble it. Comes with 1 each of two different cleaning pads. Did well on tile, but notice nothing on the grout. Didn't expect it to. Feels a bit flimsy, but try not to use it vigorously.
