It does what it says for the most part. I found there’s only one place where steam comes out at the bottom of the mop. So you start with a mop that has steam in the middle, dry all around, and the water has to work it’s way through the mop head. By that time the water isn’t hot anymore. There should be two places where the steam comes out, one on each end. But it works pretty good, you just need to move fast enough.

Use it everyday and it leaves my hardwood floors clean and urine free

Works great !!! I had the previous model, and this one is definitely an upgrade. I love how they have a spot for the scent tab that is not in the actual mop itself.. and the scrubber that detaches from the main unit is a much better feature then the little flip down scrubby on the last one.

Simple to use, but takes a bit to warm up upon being turned on. Otherwise, it's great!

So we bought a shark steamer and it was one that you had to pump. It blew up. Literally shot like a rocket. I would not recommend buying a pump steamer. We looked at Bissell saw good reviews and took a chance. This one is just a simple button. It also has a scrubber. It works well on our hardwood flooring(maple and oak). It worked in the bathroom (marble) as well. I really think bissell is better even though shark has a lot of products.

It does a great job for the price we bought it for. It streams perfectly fine and it has 2 settings (low or high). However, I feel like the pad should be made better. I have to change it halfway through cleaning my floor because it just gets wet and doesn’t pick up the dirt. I don’t have a large area that needs to be steamed, probably 150 sq ft (kitchen and dining room).

Does exactly what it says and the brush cleans the grout.

Steam mop works as advertised. I used on some dirty wooden floors and it worked well to remove the grime. I used the included deodorant disks, but those were just so-so. Overall a reasonable value. Most importantly, does not leave water residue or too much moisture on the floors and that is a big plus.
