This steam mop is my second favorite cleaning item, I love it, makes mopping not a bad job!! It's only second to my roomba, they are both fantastic items. Only suggestion, always use distilled water, my first one kept getting clogged up with the bad water we have.

Works great !!! I had the previous model, and this one is definitely an upgrade. I love how they have a spot for the scent tab that is not in the actual mop itself.. and the scrubber that detaches from the main unit is a much better feature then the little flip down scrubby on the last one.

Works surprisingly well, previous version were alot louder. This unit heats up fast and maintains.

So we bought a shark steamer and it was one that you had to pump. It blew up. Literally shot like a rocket. I would not recommend buying a pump steamer. We looked at Bissell saw good reviews and took a chance. This one is just a simple button. It also has a scrubber. It works well on our hardwood flooring(maple and oak). It worked in the bathroom (marble) as well. I really think bissell is better even though shark has a lot of products.

This steam mop works great on my floor it really clean well.

It does a great job for the price we bought it for. It streams perfectly fine and it has 2 settings (low or high). However, I feel like the pad should be made better. I have to change it halfway through cleaning my floor because it just gets wet and doesn’t pick up the dirt. I don’t have a large area that needs to be steamed, probably 150 sq ft (kitchen and dining room).
