I had never had a stem mop before so was not sure to expect. It does give off a lot of steam and I love the brush option to scrub off stains. I like that it cleans the floor but now I feel that I should still purchase the electric mop to finish it off.

Worked wonders up until September I bought it back in March. The bottom piece where the scrubber and attachment part for the mop part came off at the bottom and I can’t attach the mop part on any more so it’s just sitting there.

Haven’t had the chance to use this yet but if it works half as well as my old one then I’ll be over the moon.

I bought this to replace my shark streamer that finally died. It works just as well! It even has air freshness disc's that you insert to give your floor a Burst of freshness. The only thing I would have liked to make this better, is the little steamer cloth for the detachable part to use on curtains and sofas.

I purchased this to help keep my hardwood floors clean without breaking my back with a traditional mop type system. This Bissell works great! It dries quickly, which for hardwood floors is good.

I’ve only used this twice and it seems to be working well. I don’t like that when disconnected to place in a new room you have to wait 30 seconds or so to be able to use it again. I also think it should come with a couple of disposable pads as it only came with one.

The product keeps my tile and hardwood perfectly clean

This steam mop is great. Heats up quickly and dries just as fast which is great because no one is slipping and sliding behind me. I wish there was different attachments for the lift away but overall still meets our families needs perfectly.

I Really Was excited to get this product. Unfortunately, it did not work that well on my Terrazzo floor. The buffers left streaks. I recently had my Terrazzo professionally cleaned, and they are very shiny. Think it was just the type of buffer on my floor.

We use it mostly for tile surfaces and does a good job.

I purchased the Bissell steam mop to replace another one I had been using for several years. Over the years steam mops have improved and the mop head is replaceable. I anticipate this mop to give me many years of good service.

We have been happy so far with how it works. cleans pretty good.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a steam mop. It works great at lifting grime and cleaning floors. My only complaint is you cannot turn on directly after plugging it in. You have to wait for it to warm up before you can activate the power button. Not a big deal for me. With 6 kids in the house I finally have an easy way to clean
