this thing is very useful for the space between tile

This is the best steam vac this is my second purchase I had purchased one before this that I had for over 6 years and it finally died and this new one was even better than the last older model

The unit worked well for over a year and then stopped working. Good thing it has a two-year warranty which is a must for this type of product.

Great for apartment dwellers, like other reviews it can be difficult to push ar times. Be patient and get used to it, and it will be a great little helper, much better than old fashioned way!

Had looked up steam floor cleaners on line. Found the model at Best Buy and made purchase. Had Best Buy rewards to apply to purchase price so was able to get product for half price.

My wife really loves this steam mop. It makes Hardwood flooring clean and especially is great for families with babies. Steam cleaning is great to kill bacteria.

I love this Bissell PowerFresh steam mop as it works much better than my previous steam mop (a different brand). It get up more dirt & that makes me happy. I just wish you offered more than the two covers it came with.

The steam mop is just the thing for cleaning our home. We've got about 800 square feet of ceramic tile and at least that much of bamboo wood flooring and it makes real quick work of keeping it clean.

This is a replacement for another Bissell steam mop that I bought about a year and a half ago. The first one stopped working suddenly, it was leaking from a vent on the lower back side. It seems Bissell has made some design changes to eliminate this problem. I hope it works and this one lasts longer than the previous one.

i like this steam mop although i recommend a cleaning solution that wont leave streak marks after the water and solution dries. im gonna try either the bissell solution or fabuloso. currently i am using a mr. clean solution (which left dry some streaks )
