Great steam mop I will recommend it Buy from best buy

The power of steam is incredible! I though my floors where clean after using a floor cleaner… I was shocked after using this steam floor cleaner/mop. My floors look and feel so much cleaner!

Great but I do not use this very often. Not really what I wanted but kept it for the future. Does work great.

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we had this steam mop for 3 years until the motor went bad. We like it so much that we bought it again. It’s a great mop

A friend of mine bought this cleaner and recommended it since I remodeled my home and have all tile on my first floor. I have used it three times now and love it. The steam cleaning works great. And the special brush does a great job steaming away any hard to clean spots.

I love this steam mop. It’s amazing what this picks up after all the preliminary cleaning (vacuum, dry dust).

This steam mop gets hot quickly once you figure out which buttons to push in which order, lol. I love that I can take the attachment off, but it's a bit tricky to do. For those two reasons I took away one star.

I have wood is and linoleum floors. I used it on a floor that had not really been maintained well and it did it's job. It takes a little more time than I thought, but since you only use water and no chemicals: Who cares.

So far so good. Easy-to-use and does a great job at cleaning.

Mom seems to really like it, so it's a keeper! Got 20% off, so the price was reasonable. Only downside is that you have to use distilled water and not just regular tap water.

Works like a powerful cleaning tool . The steam sanitizes and cleans efficiently.

I loved the concept of sanitizing my floors. And this definitely did that. However, i ended up having to sweep, swiffer, sanitize, and then sweep again. It doesnt really pick up much if you happen to miss something during sweeping. So to me, it kind of defeated the purpose! I ended up returning it and getting something else.

Weary about product but was impress. The only thing I do not like is the brush head is a little small.

We bought this hoping to clean grout in our bathroom. The brush really does a good job. Not sure how long the brush will last, but it’s doing great now.

I can't tell you enough what I like about this product. First I really like the wide of the bissell. It covers a larger area and seems to grabs hold of the floor when cleaning. Plus it feels so good to know that it cleaned with steam.

This steam mop works fantastic on tile floors. It's amazing how much dirt was picked up. I had been using a floor washer which I thought was cleaning the floors.

I wish the was cordless. It works well with my vinyl floors

Very good product, I’d bought with carpet cleaner as well they both work great

My first one was damaged in shipping. But our new steam mop has been delivered in fine shape! We have used it twice and we are very happy!
