Great product. Recommended and best buy was do easy to work with.

At the beginning was skeptical of course but, the as i been using it more and more loving it to use. So easy to use and and love the fresh scent that gives to my kitchen and other areas where tiles are.

I received my unit the same day using Best Buy delivery (wonderful service). I was looking for a steamer that also cleaned grout, I thought this was it. Once I open the box the water reservoir had water in it, I though the unit was suppose to be new not used. I did try it out & to my surprise it was a great steamer. I was happy with the way my tile floors look after the cleaning. The grout brush attachment however is a waste of being on the unit. It made puddles of water on the floor & took 15 minutes to go over a line about the length of an ink pen, it was also very uncomfortable to get the brushes in the grout. Other than the grout brush it is a great steamer for your floors! This will be going back, I will look for a Bissell without the grout brush attached.

Best decision we could have made next to the swivel/touchless mop.

The only issue I have with this product is that it leaves build up in the corners of the floor. However, I believe that would be an issue with any mop of this kind. We purchased an extra set of covers so that we would always have one.

Purchased this steam mop because i wanted to try one out on our tile floor. The steam action is very hot, two settings. When pulled apart, you reveal a scrubbing brush that works great on grout.

I love that this mop has a scrubber on it. I been using it on my hard wood floors and tiles to sanitize them. It's been working great! I love the scent thing on it. Highly recommend!

This was our second one like this. Love it! Works great. Unfortunately, this one did not last near as long as the first one. I could not find another like it, so replaced it with a Shark ... much prefer the Hoover.

I am happy that I purchased this steam mop. It’s so versatile and I can clean any surface with it for that really deep clean. Get one, you won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love this steam mop. This is more than I expected and it exceeded my expectations the first time I used it.

Everything about it is just great. The only downfall is it does take a little bit of time to heat up the water. 

We have natural slate flooring. Very uneven and really did not expect this steam cleaner to work on it.. After the first try we were amazed at the dirt it removed the pad was almost black. Have had issues with other Bissel products but this one for the price can't be beat.

Needed a steamer while house breaking 3 puppies- well made-sturdy and gets the job done. Also has a scent disc which is a nice touch. Good job Product Team.
